UltraVNC (and possibly others) does have a service that works through NAT
but it requires you to have a machine on the internet.

I've been meaning to look into it for ages.

We use http://deskshare.net but I can't recommend it any more as our partners
are having problems buying licenses.  It's nice as we have an icon in our app.
