If it is YOU that needs to get there for support purposes, you might take a look at TeamViewer. We parked the app on a public site so that when we need to connect to someone we send them here to download the app. http://www.mwmcsupport.com/ They fire up their side, we do the same, exchange a short five or six digit code and we are off and running.... They get to control access to the machine....
