Accepted designates PEPs that have been been implemented and released.
Not as in ''Accepted; may not be implemented yet", even if it was the case, the
case still holds as the dividing line.

Not always possible if eg in writing or not worth a mail if few
searches can be made
The question does not arise if one can always find it on his own.
