John, using IE I have no problems getting the link to the Quanta
Subscriptions page, but then when I click the link on that page I get a
paypal error message, "Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last
link."

Further to this message I have just tried Opera. Everything works perfectly
including the link to Paypal. It does seem that there is a problem specific
to IE,
