Where can i get the URL sample you mentionned ? in the QMS Wiki ?
When i filled the registration, i asked me what kind of IP they needed ? 
I have not a static IP, but i use a classical Orange box with IP like 
168.192.1.1 for the gateway.
I start with the command line and no message is display.
What i can add is that during the opening of the connection to the 
server the classical message is display : "40 tuiles à charger" but no 
maps appear.
