Pine will list the folder twice in the folder collection display: one entry ends with the hierarchy delimiter character, the second entry does not. Selecting the second entry results in Pine opening the folder's messages. Selecting the first entry (the one followed by the hierarchy delimiter) results in Pine listing the subfolders.
