Your right, it is using mysql, but i didnt enable it in the configure line.
You only posted your configure line for qmailadmin, so I just wanted to make sure that you knew I was talking about vpopmail...
What happens when you use the vmoddomlimits program from your vpopmail build? Does it read and write the .qmailadmin-limmits file for the domain?
