Fall good?
Whatever the case, helmeted or not, know how to fall. There's no time to think 
about it, but if you find yourself about to hit something you weren't planning 
to, fall better. Nearly 40 years of falling on skateboards has taught my body 
something about self preservation, I rely on that "training" when I fall. 
Age 8 or 108, we could all benifit from more experience falling right. 

Gymnastics! Street dancing/parkour!
Crashing!
