I think it was a typo. He typed NM but meant NC. :)

IN NC you just learn to get up earlier and/or go out later. You say to
yourself "I'm wet and that's how I'm staying so I'll just cope w/it."

Once you resolve yourself to being sweaty it gets easier. But you have
to remember that b/c the air is so saturated with water that sweat
doesn't work like it is supposed to - so you need to rub off the water
and keep it out of your eyes.
