Just to throw my own data point in, I'm just shy of 6 ft tall but my PBH is in the 85cm range (not very accurately measured), and i ride a 56CM single tt Sam (early orange canti version), in my riding shoes i have about 3 fingers worth of stand-over (which i think is a lot). I could be measuring wrong if William has a PBH of 87 and has nearly no stand-over height :)
I like the bars high relative to the seat, and i don't think i'm showing all that much seat post. I think i could do a 60, but with the same worry about stand-over, in practice maybe not an issue if you're not riding in rough stuff, but mentally zero stand-over height is tough to get over for some. It's tough, if you're at 5.11 with 88pbh, you're right at the border. if you can find a 56 or 60 to ride, that'd be the best.
