Note that the report refers to a debate more particularly on sugared sodas, but it does show that the leading scientists are still very uncertain about the fundamental causes of obesity *in our society* (the latter is the context of their debate, as far as I can tell from the report). Food used to be simple, right? I wonder what happened?
