I have MVL DSL (split T1) with TDS Metrocom where I live and it is the
line that services my web/ftp server. I need a D3, but obviously can't
afford that for a free web site :-)
I have a business account, which provides a STATIC IP address. Home accounts
are limited to 256k and DHCP.
