U did notice that you were installing a linux version didnt you?
Its not windows - hence it takes a bit more from the person playing
administrator on it.
If you installed RedHat before.. then you must have noticed the
completely new install interface - must have warned you to just
RTFM first before just asuming things will go the way you think.

Ofcourse thats just my opinion.
