The problem is the paper printing the article? The paper is doing its job.
I am assuming they are the sources or they authorized sources to speak on their behalf. I can't believe that Hohler would have collected this from minions and NOT called ownership for a comment. Assume he did, why wouldn't they go on the record saying something like: "we're not going to make accusations of our former manager" and distance themselves from the story? So are you assuming Hohler didn't call Henry/Lucchino for comment? I'd say that's far less likely than Lucchino spreading stuff around.
