At the moment, erland uses MusicBrainz id (if present), otherwise uses
the file path. Taking this idea, there could be a priority cascade of
possible identifiers:

1. MusicBrainz (or similar?) if present in the tags.
2. Flac checksum if a flac file without MB tag
3. Otherwise md5 (or other) hash of audio content

This would mean that a large collection of flacs or files with MB tags
would not be slowed by the need to perform hashes.
