I appreciate all the testing here , a lot. Some points: 1. Highly unlikely we will do accuraterip - it is not as open a possibility as you may think to integrate , particularly as it is a competitive feature in other products such as DB. Its a great system but not one that we overly like for our workflow , as has been noted it does tend to on occassion report a non accurate rip and can be misleading. However for the most part it does its job very very well and adds a confidence factor. Its tomaytos / tomatoes for us, we just do it differently and with millions of CD's ripper per month we have a great confidence rate. 2. Turn on skip damaged discs - that way any erros are caught and the disc will reject and tell you so. its a config feature so log a ticket at www.ripfactory.com/support and we'll help you configure it 3. Using wav compare and seeing a difference does not mean that it is not bit accurate nor does it mean there are errors , distortion or artifacts. In this case it is to do with the region reports from the disc. we read tocs and region grabs differently from EAC and DB , so chances are the difference will always show here in this compare. i am happy to explain this in depth if you like..... Again i really appreciate your testing and keep it coming....thats what we are here for... -- Ripfactory ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ripfactory's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=15819 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=44534 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
