Uhm if it is not bitperfect I assume that some distortion or artifacts will be present compared to the original. However I did not do any in dept listening test as for me I want to make sure that I have perfect copies of the originals in case I should loose them. Also - as I wrote - I want a ripping package that gives me the certainty of a perfect rip or tells me if it isn't. One thing is to listen to a precise point in a song to see if any audible artifact is present and another is to have to listen through thousands of songs from start to end. -- Aguida ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Aguida's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9285 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=44534 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
