I am very sorry if this post is a bit off topic. Please let me know and
I will repost as a new thread if needed. I am new here and posting
etiquette is not yet a given for me..

I have installed Ripstation Micro under XP in parallels (as a testing
system, because of course I am thinking of purchasing a Ripserver...)
but I get errors during the ripping. Here is the first part of the log,
the rest is just a repeat of the last 3 lines with the LBA number
getting bigger and bigger.

12:30:25: The batch has started.
12:30:25: D: Loading the next disc.
12:31:06: D: Disc 1 has been loaded.
12:31:06: D: Querying the GD3 service for metadata.
12:31:23: D: Disc 1 (Susie Tallman & Friends / Classic Nursery Rhymes)
has been identified.
12:31:23: D: Ripping disc 1 (Susie Tallman & Friends / Classic Nursery
Rhymes).
12:31:43: D: Encountered a read error.
        Drive.cpp(771) : Skipping LBA 0 on Track 1
        Drive.cpp(769) : CStarBurn_ScsiTransportSPTI::ExecuteCDB(): Command
failed

Has anyone encountered this error? Is this because I am on parallels
and therefore sharing my optical drive with OsX?

Also, could someone point me to a good tutorial on tagging standards
especially for FLAC, explaining the structure of the files and where
the Artwork should be located etc?

Thanks to you all for your support.

Best
