I enter several artist tags, and I use BAND for Band/Orchestra data, and I don't set Album Artist, and my YEAR is year of original release, and I like every word capitalised, and I have sort tags only for artists that are Surname, Forenames, not for articles like "Who, The".
I get basic tag data from Freedb, which is used by EAC, Mp3Tag and Foobar2000, but then tweak them how I want.
