It is, but if you stop it and restart it with the same command,
provided you don't tell it to force a transcode, it'll zip through the
files it has already done and see that it doesn't need to re-transcode
them (MD5 sums will tie up), report the errors on the files that have
failed (assuming that they haven't been properly converted or the MD5
tags don't match) and then carry on transcoding from where it left off.

I have my Linux SqueezeCenter server run this job every night so that
if I've changed some FLAC tags or loaded improved quality artwork into
any of my FLAC files it'll be reflected in my MP3 'shadow' library by
the morning.  It only works on the files that have changed so it runs
pretty quickly.
