Depending on the "Group Disks" setting, either disk tags are irrelevant (any disk tag value or <blank> would still count as the same album if treated as single album, whereas any differences are seen as different albums if treat as multiple albums). It's not safe to assume Disk=<blank> is a mistake and should be something else. Anyway, I think it's quite hard to do. There is no guaranteed order that files are scanned in, so eg. Disk=<blank> could be the first song scanned, before any other song with disk=n/n.
