No, it's mostly just a feeling that with a release coming up every 3 months, that's going to take up time and perhaps hold developers back a bit, and 3 releases per year is going to do that to a (slightly) lesser extent. -- Jonas Häggqvist rasher(at)rasher(dot)dk
