For the many years I have been on this list, 8 out of 10 questions were "How do I install OLC?" and the like. People were constantly pointed to FAQs and resources like that. I believe most of the new mud generation turn to Google LONG before they join a mailing list and thus find almost all answers on starting their muds in the zillions of pages of info out there (like the archives).
Perhaps the rest of us remaining old timers could just start discussions on our own projects to sate our appetites for good old code discussion?
