I've restored NotePixmapFactory::drawTextAux() to what it was prior to my last
changes, that seem to have fixed the clipping problem (at least for me).
I've also noted that we still have a hard-coded font family (lucida) for
annotation strings, but this one never caused any problem (yet :-) ).
