Tip for everyone with a drill press. You can use a pin vice for small diameter 
drill bits. Just cut the handle shorter so there will not be any wobble and the 
drill bit
will drill straight.

I found that I had to use the chucks from my dremel set to use my drill press 
with the micro bits.  I bought the set of chucks at Home Depot.
