This is the legend anyway. My second set was a Super Chief in 1956 with 470/471/473 and 4 cars (no plain coach, all first class!) My mother bought it in Hoenig's in the Bronx. I still have the catalog that was included. It has a yellow Hoenig's sticker on the cover. Mom hiked up there on the subway and lugged that sizeable box back home to Brooklyn. Why? Price baby!
