Of course, I would really like to already have those functionalities already available in SymPy (I really go for Ondrej's really physics related approach to symbolics), but the basis are already there. I'm also hoping that SAGE's symbolics is considering this as a MUST :) This can be very useful now IMHO, even because integration is not yet assessed, so there is still room for design related thinking.
