Hi Francois,

I looked through the list, and here are some spkg's that don't seem to
be on either list (as deps or deps of deps). Some I can see why you
didn't list, e.g. f95, mercurial, but many others seem to be part of
Sage and not listed. I guess sqlite is a dependency of python....

Here is a list of ones which are definitely spkgs in Sage but not on
the list:

boost
cephes
docutils
f2c
freetype
boehm-gc
gnutls
libgcrypt
libgpg_error
mercurial
opencdk
pil
sage-scripts
setuptools
sqlalchemy
sqlite
termcap

Here is a list of ones that are listed as being part of Sage on the
sagemath website (though I can't find spkgs - probably didn't look
hard enough)

bzip2
g95
mwrank

The following are not spkgs, not listed on the sagemath website, but
were listed elsewhere, for reasons unknown (possibly they used to be
in Sage but are no longer - or they might have been considered
important for a potential Windows port or something or are part of
sage but not spkgs).

dir
openopt
prereq

Bill.
