Hi Francois, I looked through the list, and here are some spkg's that don't seem to be on either list (as deps or deps of deps). Some I can see why you didn't list, e.g. f95, mercurial, but many others seem to be part of Sage and not listed. I guess sqlite is a dependency of python....
