Further on my SMS trials.

I have now connected a SonyEricsson P800 and installed the drivers.
I can communicate with the modem using Hyperterminal, but I am
getting no response in SAlive.

I am trying protocol AT +C with no number in the message center
and have been going thru the different UCP seetings but nothing helps.

Any advise?

I saw your post and got interested.

I have connected a Nokia 9110 and installed the faxmodem driver, but I can not get SMS to work.

Any tips on how you did yours?

I used to use winsms. It worked well.

However I now use the sms feature in SA. One less thing to go wrong.

I have a nokia 7110 phone (£20 off ebay) with a serial cable that cost about £5
