Hi,
I checked on cisco.com and found IS-IS is supported in IOS
software feature sets Enterprise Plus and Service Provider.

Hi,
try Wordpad. It can also open files created by copying the
configuration via tftp.

Make sure you have a route in your other back to this router
(Entires in the routing table are oneway only). Try "show ip
route" to verify.

Hi,
which commands do you use to load the IOS into the router? From
IOS or ROM Monitor? Please email me a complete log.

Hi,
I suggest to upgrade to the new versions (PIX 6.3 and PDM 3.0).
Then the browser command is //https:
Connect your PC to the inside network (Port 1).

Hi,
the normal way is to have an experienced certified instructor
from a Cisco Learning Partner with the original coursebook from
Cisco and the necessary lab.

Hi,
Yes, it is one D channel per PRI. An E1 has 32 timeslots of
64kbps (=30B +1D +1timing). A T1 PRI has 24 timeslots + rest
(=23D +1D). Timing is in the rest.
You can save D channels if put more than one E1/T1 in a bundle.
Then you need only one D channel per bundle.
So the answer is: not more
VoIP accounting.

Hi,
the reason is that the serial interface with encapsulation
frame-relay is a point-to-multipoint interface by default.
Inverse ARP allows multiple DLCIs.
If you want to use point-to-point links, you have to use a ptp
subinterface. But then you cannot use inverse arp (it only works
on the main
just to configure the switch.

VLANs cannot overlap.
A 5000 switch with RSM works in the same way. This is covered in
the Cisco BCMSN training course.

Hi,
the PIX used in the labs is one or two PIX 515 with three or
more interfaces. I bought a 501 because of the price. But I do
not have a DMZ and I cannot failover between two Firewalls.

Hi,
you need a Cisco ACS server for AAA authentication via TACACS or
Radius. In the ACS Server you specify thast you want to use the
Windows 2000 user database.

Hi,
disabling STP is not recommended. Use Portfast instead. VTP is
only on trunk ports active. HSRP is configured per interface (on
router). What do you want to achieve?

Cisco Works and some third party utilities provide this
function.

Try this link:

It should be ok, but check the IOS version!

If you have a flash card formattet on a 3660 router try to read
it on your 3640. Cisco has 3? different filesystems for flash
cards. E.g. the format on a 7000/7500 or 6500 router / switch is
different than on a 3640. Try to search cisco, com for flash card
filesystems.

Hi,
what is the IOS feature set used in these two routers?
You need a PLUS feature set to support ATM.
