A fault with the rig? Other bands are fine.

I am running the UZ7HO packet soundcard program with my flex-3000. I am
decoding packets but I'm unable to connect to stations. I've had a
similar issue with MixW before.
The program outputs to 11025 and I have my flex VAC line set to 11025.

dropping filter to 100hz and lowering AGC-T to 95 or below does wonders
to dig out weak CW sigs.

to be an AGC issue and so I reduced my AGC gain down to 83db on the

objects are displaced and buttons are showing 1.5 buttons and the
function objects are overlapping other objects. So in short, it's all

I installed VAC 4.11 and noticed multiple images of the digital transmission
was appearing in the TX Filter. I setup according to the flex instructions.
So I have deleted 4.11 and returned to 4.09.
Has anyone else noticed this?

I disconnected the antenna from my flex-3000 and I noticed about 2 S
points of noise on the receiver. I connected a dummy load and the noise
continued without an variation. I changed power supplies, disconnected
the earth, changed computers but no difference. The noise is on all

Audio situation is resolved by using IPSound. This is an interesting

G.Skill Ram ( not compatible in dual channel mode, so I'll need to

IEEE. I was using the LSI and changed to the standard driver this

I discovered all my concerns about CW latency was not necessary. I use a sonet
allegro FW pci-express card. i don't notice any keying latency issues with my
3000. I am still using version 1 software. I get a little rfi interference to
keying on 10m band but i can get that easily sorte

keyer? I am not yet an owner but contemplating the Flex option. I am
yet to see a youtube of the flex transmit CW, all video of the flex is
on RX. I am primarily a CW op but only at speeds of around 18 to 25wpm.
