I watched a couple of vids about rebuilding 722.6s and 722.9s.  They are actually quite easy to rebuild, you just have to keep track of the bits and keep everything really clean.  Stuff just comes apart like a 3D puzzle and the vids show it very clearly.  I think there are manuals for it too,
