Re: GitHub, for me the point is not that GitHub itself is proprietary or
open source, it's that anyone doing an open source project can have free GH
repos. Perhaps this 'freemium pricing model' is a model that the CKM
pricing could follow so that nonprofits could develop and review
archetypes,
