I tried the new popup option from a #formlink and found that my form was
only displayed in the top third portion of the popup frame.
I was able to fix it using this CSS ;
div.popupform-innercontainer { height: 100%; }
This is propably skin dependant but it would be a good thing to add
reshSubject = false; solve your issue?

The page simply needed to be refreshed (with 'purge' or by saving the form
again). I just saved it again and the links are now working.
Edit the template for Books to trigger a refresh of all Books and your pages
will be updated automatically.

I don't know how well it would work for other Triple Store connectors but it
could be worth a try.
I also noted that RAP tends to be picky with spaces and line returns in your
SPARQL query. That may be good to remember if you run into odd issues with
queries that look correct.
