How to force automatic CRL checking

Recent Microsoft update reveals that there are fraudulent certificates for common sites such as www.google.com, mail.google.com, login.live.com etc. To me it seems that Seamonkey (nor Firefox) are currently _not_ fetching CRLs and thus can not do proper certificate validation. This seems critic
