That's remember me a special party in 2003. To celebrate 15 years of electronic music at the french Rex Club, Carl Cox was playing in a special afternoon party for children ... a great party where he played Techno, House, Funk, Disco, Soul ... (313) New Fabrice Lig mix ...
Hi all, A new fabrice lig mix available on my website. :) (note that there a brand new album from Fabrice Lig on Kanzleramt : "My 4 Stars" available in April. ) Below, I put my newsletter ... 11 new mixes available : Hi House & Techno lovers. Periodically, Pulsation.com brings forward a new artist, a label or a famous DJ through an exclusive mix. This week, eleven new mixes available : - Brique Rouge [Special Update] with 5 mixes of David Duriez, James Flavour, Llorca & Laurent Garnier, Phil Weeks, 10 Turntables Nightmare Crew - 6 mixes of Cisco, Fabrice Lig, Eric Davenport, Manny Cuevas -- BRIQUE ROUGE - SPECIAL UPDATE (04/05/2004) -- Pulsation.com is glad to feature 'BRIQUE ROUGE', an house label based in Paris, France. Label bosses David Duriez and Llorca record for a number of other French labels including F Communications and Toulhouse, as well as 20:20 Vision in the U.K. and Afterhours in the U.S. In 1999, they found Brique Rouge and showed together that the future of House is bright. This imprint is one of France's finest. Purveying the best in House, from the deepest jazziest flavours to pumping tech-house grooves, Brique Rouge (means 'red brick') has created a truly multinational feel, with the signing of artists from across the world. Respected producers such as Mazi and Tony Senghore have been brought in along side up and coming names such as Yann Fontaine and Tapani Tolpanniemi. Those 'big-name' producers have seen their profiles raised by Brique Rouge, while for newer artists, the label has brought them valuable exposure. With each release, Brique Rouge has given a different slant to the whole 'deep house' sound, giving a unique vibe to each release. So, Pulsation is proud to present 5 mixes recorded in 2003 by few artists signed on this label. DAVID DURIEZ Brique Rouge - Paris - France http://www.pulsation.com/mixes/davidduriez.php Founder of Brique Rouge and "MDLM - Les Maçons de La Musique" in 1999 in association with Llorca (F communications), David Duriez is an alien in the world of French dj's and producers. He is not really from Paris and he does not really make 'French sounding' music. He has developed his own sound, versatile and ahead of the times. It can be deep, slamming, banging or techno influenced; it doesn't make a difference. He has been releasing music around the world for the past 10 years with an extensive disco & remixography on prestigious label such as 20:20 Vision, Gourmet, Afterhours, F-Comm, ... He’s done remixes for well known artists & bands like Dax Riders, Jori Hulkkonen, etc. Live At Wagg (Paris - November 2003) Posted 04/05/2004 - Length 67:24 Music style : House JAMES FLAVOUR Brique Rouge/Highgrade Records - Berlin - Germany http://www.pulsation.com/mixes/jamesflavour.php Being around the Berlin nightlife for a couple of years James continously presents his own style of house music to audience. His dirty and funky sets made him soon earn a reputation as one of the freshest talents of the Berlin house scene. James Flavours new releases on Highgrade Records and Brique Rouge appears soon! Watch out! Geschmeidig Posted 04/05/2004 - Length 62:18 Music style : House LLORCA & LAURENT GARNIER Brique Rouge & F-Communications - Paris - France http://www.pulsation.com/mixes/llorcagarnier.php The Parisian party 'TERRASSA' takes place each summer at Peniche Concorde-Atlantique, a houseboat with 2 dance floors and a open-air terrace, stationary in the heart of Paris. This mix is a magic moment recorded in June 2003. The famous french dj Laurent Garnier (who was not announced on the djs line-up), takes control of the decks with his friend Llorca, co-founder of Brique Rouge. Live At Terrassa (Paris - June 2003) Posted 04/05/2004 - Length 65:18 Music style : House PHIL WEEKS Robsoul Recordings/Brique Rouge - Paris - France http://www.pulsation.com/mixes/philweeks.php You might know Phil Weeks by being the infamous french producer behind some releases on Brique Rouge and the founder of the labels Robsoul Recordings & Stay True (with David Duriez). Since the first release, Robsoul's reputation has steadily increased within the world of house music. Robsoul releases all prsent the deeper and hypnotic edge of the 'tech-house' genre. Phil Weeks's productions are well known all over many continents, and played by many world class DJs. Brique Rouge Mix Posted 04/05/2004 - Length 70:52 Music style : House 10 TURNTABLES NIGHTMARE CREW feat. Brique Rouge & F-Communications djs - France http://www.pulsation.com/mixes/tenturntablesnightmare.php 10 Turntables Nightmare in Amsterdam features 10 turntables, 5 mixers and the combined mixing talents of David Duriez, Phil Weeks, F Communications's Llorca, Alexkid and Tuomas Salmela. Hi all, I'm the webmaster of Pulsation.com . Pulsation is a non-commercial website created in 1996. It's entirely not-for-profit and generates no income for me. I broadcast mixes (mainly from Detroit) Recently, i suffer of a disc crash and i lost my list (with nearly 2000 subscribers) :( I tried to reconstruct my list with my outlook adress book and some different backup listings that i have. Also I salvaged some emails from 313 list (lots of 313 people were subscriber of my list and i tried to get emails from people that i thought that they was subscribers). Perhaps, I was too large in my recovery. So, if you have received my last newsletter and you weren't a subscriber before, i'm very sorry for the inconvenience. To remove your email address from my list, you can click on the link at the end of my newsletter or send me an email at [EMAIL PROTECTED] . In this case, you will disturb no more by my emails. Re: [313]online record stores
Hi, I do several order at Satellite Records ( http://www.satelliterecords.com ) .. I live in France (Paris). I never had problems with this online records shop. They have big catalogue (with Real audio samples). They answer quickly to email if you have problem or you want to have information. On the other hand, I have never to control with UPS. For French who would to order with satellite. Be Carefull, made not too important order. The French customs stop 2 parcels that contains almost 20 each one. (They required that I pay the TVA taxes) I never had problems with small the parcels (less than 10 Vinyls).
