How safe is youtube? As it is a website where anyone can upload their audios and videos, the chance of virus is more. But recently it was reported in the news that there are two crore registered users and fifty lakh ocassional users for youtube in India. As for Karnataka the Sarva Siksha Abiyan (SSA) which guarantees universal basic education, has created access facilities in many of the government schools and has made sure that children in nearby villages make use of those schools. Also, teacher training institutes have been made to train mainstream teachers to handle physically challenged children, though their percentage in a mainstream classroom is likely to be miniscule. This apart, SSA has also trained welfare workers to teach children who are severely handicapped at their doorsteps. These measures have made access to education easier for children with disability in some areas of the state and some schools have declared themselves fully accessible. Of course, I have not gone personally to these schools, but the department has been extending invitations to me to visit them. This is a clear sign that they have made notable progress and are eager to publicise it. Why not? When we blame the government for mismanagement, we should laud them when they do take initiatives like this. In fact, Karnataka is the only state which has a stage government policy on inclusive education. After a while, I recognised this problem --this happens all the time when I try and open links on websites. Shift+enter, as some our friends suggested, didn't work either. The notebook is used by onee of my friends. The OS loaded in it is Vista. Though I tried much, couldn't get the audio or the video drivers so far. The person wishes to revert to XP. The problem is that, he hasn't got the driver CD for the audio and grafic drivers for Windows XP. I am at a loss as what to do next as the person badly needly XP to be installed on his notebook. Hello all Our member has given this tool which enhances the usability of Skype. It can coexist with Jaws script. The url to download is: http://www.sendspace.com/file/nni1bo It will be available only for a week. Copy the file skread.exe and its associated .ini file to a different folder. Run skreade.exe Follow its instruction as given in the readme.html file. There is one bit of information which is not given in the docs. The steps for which are under.
