and there goes, The new monthly chat topicSo About this month, I'm trying to learn android development using flutter, Hell maybe even try doing it with ios, But for some reason... Xcode doesn't want to get downloaded, So It'll probably because of storidge although i do have a tun of space... And also, Time to learn about roms since the android version i got was 6.0.1 and that's... Vary old, I got a rom but the process of installing it seems like a big headache, And need to check out the commentary screen reader as well... If i spelled it right lol.

Nice topic start mohamed.At the moment I've been up all night, alternately feeling crappy working on a new horror story, playing random games and reading Mercedes lackey, so don't expect a coherent response here. Well tiss marsh, so the year well marches on like a marching thing marching to it's doom! There are some game releases to look forward to like sonar islands, plus a bunch of good games all at once, fantasy story 2, updates to dreamy train, wayfar1444, deodeck and more! I'll hopefully get back to doing some useful things with the db soon, since again hopefully, my lady's bout of illness is now finished, albeit we still have lockdown over here, and while she has had a vaccine, I haven't, so I'm still being careful. Speaking of illness, my parents are stressed out to heck because my uncle died recently and they're trying to arrange the funeral details, so together with my lady's father we're definitely noticing the effects of covid on a personal level at the moment, albeit that while I saw my uncle regularly at holidays and other times, my uncle and I weren't too close, so it's more a question of supporting my parents, and particularly my mum right now, or at least as much support as is posssible telephonically.Annoyingly, my tv remote is missing which means I can't actually use my tv for anything visual including playing old games on my snes or gamecube, or watching new series. A shame since I wanted to start the boys, albeit there is more than enough audio, or pure audio described stuff to do. Indeed my lady and I are currently doing buffy the vampire slayer, which I've already seen visually, but now get to do with description for her bennifit, which is proving as good as ever. Speaking of my lady, it's awesome that she's getting really in to crazy party in quite a big way, and we've been able to play both together and with other people, only the minigames so far, which she's steadily working her way through (she's yet to unlock some worlds but has most of them down), I just wish Pragma would update the board mode, since that's one we have fun with. either way, 2021 isn't exactly proving much good so far, nothing much changing since 2020, and apart from obviously good times with games, not a lot happening, though hopefully now the vaccine is being deployed to more people, hopefully the general covid situation in the UK will improve,Ditto for other places around the world, and especially hoping things will get a bit better in the states given recent hopefully better changes in government .

honestly i would like to see bk4, No i mean seriously, It's the biggest audiogame we have right now, Audiogame, Not mainstream talking, And it was from 2013 and no game has dared to pass it even a bit, The game was huge, But free, Which made it more liked and known, Not like games thees days, A small game that could be finished under 3 hours or so and doesn't have too many replayabilities and it caust something like $15 or even more, I mean come on. If you want to make something pricy make it worth it, Not something like, Ahem *tomb hunter*, The manamon games are fine at the side of storyline and replayability yes, But i do still think that they are super pricy but well... That's only me i guess.

audio tracks is something you need to incode your video with. I make 2 ore more audio tracks in my video, then when I'm done editing mix them into one. You don't need to mix them at the end, but jI like doing so.

there is a topic on dmc, that gives you tips on how to play it, plus a demo is outi personally beat the demo, the action is amazing, my mistake for putting it on the list because it is a fighting game so oops lol, but dmc has a feature to where it points you in the direction to go, it does something funky with the camera that helps blind gamers, of course this was not something put in the game for us lol but it helps us. xbox also has like a solitare type game that is fully playable with there screen reader

I'd say it doesn't matter if you slow down because of a group member. You've got a group in which there's someone with probably good armor so the down side of slowing you down, sounds reasonable to me.So once you make the game determin the speed of each member based on their armor and stuff, and randomize the resulting speed a little bit so that the footsteps of two members with the same armor isn't played at the same time, and then decrease the footstep volume for all of the group members other than yourself, I believe It'll work fine

It is based on real GPS system, and it contains all the maps of the world!Eurofly gives a variety of options.a. Enter your home city and look what is 10KM north, south, east west;b. Be a pilot and carry passengers from one place to the other;c. Free Flying (fly for fun, with or without passengers anywhere);d. Check what is under the GPS coordinates which can be found on the internet.If you like the sound of this, Visit the Eurofly's Download Center!EXPLORING THE MAIN MENUAbout Eurofly. Gives a brief info of what Eurofly is, we have already covered that up.Tasks: the application will give you a special task. So you have to fly from one place to another. You can experience to have some ordered stopovers or to change the aircraft on your route or to have to fly through some certain countries or avoid them. You have to respect this all within your flight. You can read your task if you press A. Shift+A lets you see a brief review of your task and Ctrl+Shift+A shows you a list of what you have already done. Then you have all the means to fulfill your task and it depends just on your smartness whether you can make it. If so, you will hear a congratulations in the end but otherwise just an information you haven't fulfilled your task. Then there will appear a file called tasklog.txt saved in the application folder. Right hand, presumably because I was reading mainly books, and obviously you start off by focusing on the right hand page.Now I'm using it mostly for code, and my arrow keys are on the right hand side, and I'm using a massive 80 cell braille display, I'm considering training myself to read with my left. @8It's not the complexity I have an issue with, it's lines like:symbols = {lparent, rparent, plus, minux, multiply, divide}I'm not sure how they're doing it, but those entries aren't defined yet, so they should raise a syntax error.Also, ply uses docstrings to give you the BNF for the parser portion, and SLY uses a horrible _ decorator, which isn't defined, so linters have a fit. I want either a decorator, or a list of symbols, not both.

If you’re in to adventure games, most of the games from telltale might be your best bet. The gameplay is basically a point and click adventure combined with gamebook like elements, where you have to make choices that can change the outcome of the story, and ultimately the ending. However, unlike most point and click tytles, you walk around in one or multiple rooms while gathering items or clews to advance the story. Sometimes you need to use items on something but you don’t have to select it from the menu, simply walk in to an object and press the action button to use it.There are also some puzzle elements, some of them are easy to complete but others are harder. In certain parts, you have to complete quick-time event sequences to continue the story. The sequence ranges from battle scenes, chase sequences, or sometimes you have to sneak in to an enemy without being sceen.

To elaborate, I use both hands and feel I have a fairly good reading pace which is almost if not entirely equall to my speaking rate.  I think I could narrate a book.  I use both hands spaced about three inches apart on the page, until I reach the middle, at which point the left drops down to the next line while the right finishes the one I'm reading.  When reading, all of my fingers, save for my thum and pinky are in use.  While I suppose I could try and read with one or two fingers from either hand, and I think I may subconsciously do that when reading a public sign or something of that nature, I can't see myself doing it full time.Also?  I feel the experience is different when reading on a page/sheet of paper, versus a braille display.  I don't exactly know why, but I do feel much, much slower/more clunky or something on a display.

if youtube now support's multiple audio tracks then yes, but you will need to make the video with 2 audio tracks from the biginning, you can't just add another one.

Perfect Dark.No, seriously!  I know I keep bringing this friggin game up, but seriously!  It happens!  When you're doing missions that involve Joanna's sidekick alien friend Elvis you can tell that he's following you at a different pace from your own, and he always seems to keep a respectable distance and is usually off a bit to one side of the stereo field or the other.  Of course, since in PD every friendly or enemy npc has the same footstep sound as your own it's not just the footstep sounds you're paying attention to when you're blind and trying to play, but also the voices and dialogues as well as the weapon sounds, since usually an NPC will carry specific weaponry that is different from the enemies'.  Remember that PD is an FPS though, not an RPG, if that matters in this case.

one I would recommend might be Warsim. It's a kingdom simulator and it pretty much gets at least one new update a week. The game has you being the ruler of a kingdom and you form alliances and battle all sorts of enemies. The game is procedurally generated and I think at this point, there are over 100 million (that's right, I said 'million') possible races that can inhabit nearby kingdoms, each race offering new and interesting challenges. The game also has several modes of play such as timed, a wide range of difficulties, a long list of different kingdom types you can start with, and other things. Most of the unlockables are linked to each game itself such as things you unlock by interacting with the wider world or by  building and upgrading kingdom buildings. The game has sounds and music, though it is mostly text-based, though it is turn-based and most of your decisions are linked to displayed numbered choices on the screen. The free version is almost 6 years old but the pay version is pretty cheap and when you pay once, you have permanent access to any future updates.crazyparty is also a good one, especially for replay value and unlocks. It currently has 4 modes of single-player play that can be played offline and there is a ton to unlock including over 250 different mini-games, a ton of cards from the trading card battle mode, extra levels and board game stages, bots to fight for or against you in battle castle, and even whole new modes of play. It has a lot of sounds and music, though most of it is ripped directly from other games, such as the Mario, Kirby, and Zelda series as well as pokemon.

Here's another way people have music streaming bots.They run a media service, then use Virtual Audio Cable, or something similar, to stream through a TT Client.There's a spotify bot that searches for the media and then will play it through the cable. IDK where to get it but I know it exists somewhere.Hope this helps

@12I can't find the docs on that quickly, but with Ply the tokens list is single quoted.  Are you sure that's not single quoted as well?I get where you're coming from on wanting this to play nice with things like mypy, but you won't get what you want if you go down this road.  Just leave it alone.  Even the C/C++ libraries for this don't play nice with the tooling for C/C++.  You can't have both a non-magical parsing tool/library *and* be able to write complex parsers at the same time.  The magical docstrings are like half the point, because they let you write EBNF syntax, which then gets compiled to even more magical internal data structures.if you'd written a programming language or two I would be like meh whatever, but you probably don't understand the problem space.  Also, the generated parsers that these put out and the internal data structures they build are complicated enough that I consider them hard and I don't claim to fully understand the problem space either despite doing quite a bit with this sort of stuff in college for a semester, for perspective.  I understand that what you want to do seems like a great idea, but it's not.  I'd say 50-50 that your fork ends up buggy in subtle enough ways that you don't notice for months, while being quite ugly for complex cases.  You can just do boring old unverified Python for your parser, which should overall be very boring code-wise anyway, then process whatever it spits out somewhere else.

If you're outside combat, "sorry, you're going slower now" is annoying.  I can't think of a sighted game that does this because it's not fun.  There's acceptable breaks from reality.The first concern when writing a game should never be "it's realistic", it should always be "is this fun for my players?"  Slowing down for your tank to catch up all the time just punishes you for having a tank, especially if the game is just handing you a slow character.  If it's important to combat that armor be factored into speed, then turn it on when the player is near enemies so that exploring can flow well.

I use both hands with index fingers reading Braille. My speed is actually faster without contractions (I just can't get them in my brain). I learned Braille at 5 and was told "Here's how you do it and don't fuck it up (that's the exact translation of what they said)", and ever since I followed the standard the instructor set for me. As for my speed, I don't know why, but Braille isn't my strong suit. Don't get me wrong, I can read it, I can write it (though purely uncontracted, contractions suck), but it seems like I hit my limit on reading speed. It may have to do with the fact that I know what essentially translates to 3 meanings for most of the symbols (one per spoken language), plus the weird oddities with computer/nemyth/music Braille, but I just can't get faster no matter what I do.

wow, I have the updates since last week because I am on a samsung galaxy a9, and they are pretty rad. Thankfully they explained  the braille keyboard use better, (screen facing away really means you hold the phone as if you would take a picture of yourself using the back camera) and both modes I like. I can really type much faster now. No contractions in Spanish yet, but its still way faster than the traditional touch keyboard. I am still a big fan of my candyboard though though, so now for lack of one, I have 4 input methods i can use almost anytime. Touch typing as it was before, voice dictation, braille input and the physical keyboard. Good thing about that physical keyboard is that you really can control almost anything from the phone and there is no need to get it out of your pocket, so really great if you are in cars or on the move.And for the changes, it still is a bit annoying to get used to the way you select reading granularity but I guess by configuring gestures you can sort of go back to the old way of doing it. But I like this very much over all, definitely as someone else said, a big step in the right direction. Next thing is to also put more granularity in the settings lol. Voice commands_ neh I think that probably dies a bit fast. multy finger gestures are not really available to me even though I have a samsung model, but I really don't see the point on them... yeah, sure, more ways to control things but ... I am good with how it is at the moment, its actually confusing enough already in a way.

oh no, frying eggs... lol. But there are very nice pans nowadays like this one I got that nothing, absolutely nothing sticks to it, not even scrambled eggs. Its too amazing to pass up. Its also a right size if you are cooking for two, or even better, for yourself because of it being side there is really no margin for error when you need to toss something in like a chicken breast, though an air fryer does them just fine too. It does not come with a lid but if you get one that is for the same size it should do the trick.

March has been pretty boring so far for me. Woke up and went to school... That's about it.February was quite boring as well. School, school, and more school. Behind in classes from when I was Quarantined in late January so I had to catch up.Did beta testing for GC, listened to music, did homework, talked to my friends... Stuff like that.The weather was kinda interesting over here. We had the coldest night in 70+ years over here and six inches of snow, which, is pretty rare. Here in Texas we haven't gotten any good snows since 2015.Worked on my beat stream quite a bit. It's found on my website. I've got a Trap beat stream that me and Jonathan are working together on, and a Lo-Fi beat stream as well, that one I do on my own.In short, I've been existing and doing whatever I feel like, and suffering through school at the same time. Luckily my last day is on May 26th, so after that I'll be going into a summer full of traveling. I know for sure I'm going to Mississippi for a mission trip as of now, and a few other places. My dad's actually going to the Olympics in Tokyo. So... That'll be interesting.

Wow, I'd help test but what you need is someone that will have the resources allready or use free stuff.30 bucks, no dev is going to work for just 30 bucks.I had a few testing projects which I have turned down because the entire project was 20 or 30 bucks, the project lasted for several hours and well for 20-30 bucks well.Now if this is 20-30 bucks an hour maybe I could understand it.But you are yung.Based on this, you probably are after a small project.Now I am interested to help if you can wait till may because I will be back from a holiday then.Then I can help you with testing, sounds which I have a lot of, a lot of free and some comercial libraries I have gotten some myself some from others.You will need someone with resources.There is language, bgt, well um maybe not.Python aparently can be done but there is a lot to do with it.Go and lusia are free aparently as well as dev c++ devpascal with freepascal, and the visual studio community and visual studio code.elektron, java, etc.Most of the languages and libraries will be free.Of course you will need a computer with the power to develop something.Visual studio needs a lot of power to do things, so does python, elektron, node and java.Dev c may be ok but the rest I don't know.I don't mean to discourage you or anyone but I have been on projects where the developer went to hard and to fast.It ended up with him burning out and the project never seeing the light of day.I have had developers release or prepair to release something only to find a lot of issues later on.If you are starting out though, I'd probably aim for a single player project.If its online servers and funding and well security will be your biggest issue.While I worked with reality software the main dev spent most of his time securing the software from troublemakers.There were a lot of bugs and such to fix but that never really happened.Eventually he burned out.So it sounds like you are starting out as a baby dev.As a baby you are helpless and can't do much.Thats a real hint.Better yet you are a poor blind and helpless baby that can't do much.That means start small and don't do to much at once.If you do you will either release something that doesn't go so well or well you will run out of steam to quick.I have had developers that have done that.1 in particular I gave some start cash to get various tools, sounds, an ftp client, etc.Something happened either life or a burn out or an early failure.I invested 100 bucks startup into this guy because it looked like he may have an interesting concept.He is no longer active online and I never got my cash back or my money's worth out of it though technically I do still have the licence I got him though I have no issue to use it.This community has seen its majority of quick and dirty devs.Some are ok but most don't make it or release substandard games.Now unless you are japanese and are like 1 certain japanese I am thinking of that can pump out entire comercial games at the age of 12 or something then I wouldn't even try to go massively huge.

well voyageur, cape and 4x galaxies may be ok though they are brouser games.www.playalterego.com, chooseyourstory and choiceofgames.com games while brouser based are good to.Any and all interactive fiction games you can play of course.Audio wize, gma tank commander, the legacy game, shades of doom though thats getting a bit more complex to handle these days but well.Entombed I guess.The kitchensinc games.A heroes call is also good.Possibly eurofly but really not sure about that one.If you are into flight sims you can play with keyboard but not done that so not sure.Spur sim, train sim, tube sim, stuff like that can be played offline.In fact when I want to relax which I plan to do at some point today I will play tube sim.

oh there is tons  of information, I follow this channel called pro home cooks on youtube and it has really nice ideas for the whole week. Get a rice pot and an air fryer plus accessories for it, a talking thermometer and the dreamfarm branded utensils to measure things and you will be unstoppable. There are also regular, toaster bags that let you do things very fast. There is also this awesome slicer, choper that is really safe when you use it and slices for example, tomatoes perfectly every time and it takes me less than half a minute to do it.This all being said though, you need to be strong on some skills, so practice practice now that you got the time:1. Learn the use of a knife: that is, how to portion things, chop and slice.2. Flipping. Even though there are double pans you can get that will flip things for you, or you can do even steak in an air fryer safely and without the need to really use a spatula to flip, you need to practice that as well.3. Seasoning: this is the creative side of things. Think and experiment with flavors, use what is available to you at a given time. If you are making something sweet, then by all means vanilla or cinnamon could be blended with it, or a touch of something more expensive and rare like cardamom or sesame seeds.4. Boil or cook rice, pasta and so on without these modern machines. Again, here you practice timing, hearing when something is done, moving food from one place to another (to drain the pasta for instance) and so on.5. Make omelets or scrambled eggs. This is more practicing stirring things, mixing, seasoning and timing, but when something is cooking, so its the most real time based thing. Its like a combination of the two above. 6. Make different juices. This i regret not learning earlier, because often times say, lemonade or juice with fresh fruit is really so much better than the pre made store bought, sugar filled versions of it all. Not all of them are made equally (passion fruit is a bit more complicated for example), but it will give you skills to then make sauces and so on.I really suggest all of this because this  will help you later on when you want to make more elaborate things, the skills are the same more or less. But the most important is that you have fun doing it. Now that there are more modern appliances and a surprising number of alternatives and many different ways of doing things, I am really motivated too.

Oh I agree, but why would you remove all the silent passages from a podcast. That's what's odd to me. OK, sometimes when you need to make an edit, you'll want to preserve the cadence of the original speech. In that case, sure, make your cuts, but this thing about removing all the silence is a waste of time.

Hi all,Short episode this week, kind of the intro for next part to Disco when that comes out, which will be longer. FF7 Remake likely next though, as well as the entirety of another indie game.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUFkSYf … e=youtu.beTrying to also figure out this streaming stuff.  At some point I may try to do something in real time with Life is Strange / Telltale Batman with audience making decisions.  Maybe we'll try it once or twice and see how it goes.
