Hi Kamaraju, It is possible to view unposted transactions in FRx. When you open Report designer and choose report to open, on catalog dialog box, there is a field called Provisional. You can choose Posted + unposted activity option. Hope it helps... You can use standard Axapta to export the data from the SalesTable and SalesLine tables for the sales orders and the PurchTable and PurchLine tables for the purchase orders. After this you could then create tables in Axapta to hold the data from these tables so that you can use standard Axapta to import the data. Hi santosh, Well almost everything is possible. But do they want just the Sales order and purchase order to synchronise. What about the inventory? even though you get a solution of having the same SO's and PO's created and posted, this could happen only if inventory is also updated. But if the other things are thought of then you could write code to read the data from another database (using to ODBCConnection). After getting the data you need to write a function to create the SO's and PO's. This function has to be written at both the applications (assuming they are just copy of the same application). Title: Message Hi I have only recently started programming in Axapta and had a lot of problems starting reports. My advice would be, Always create a project to contain you reports, tables etc. This makes it easy to export and import the xpo. For compile just open the project and click the compile icon, but it should compile when you import the xpo. To create a report, right click in the project, create new report. Then expand and right click on design and create new design. Then right click on design and generate design. Then right click on the generated design to add report sections, header, body footer etc. Add a data source to make fields available in the report. Just create a report to try things out and after a while you will get the hang of it. See the developer documentaion for more info. I would try to avoid using the graphical report designer to add and move fields and it does not always work - and never press delete key in here as it can delete a whole section. This has happened to me. Another word of advice, save you project regularly and export the xpo aswell for extra backup.
