mom sekalian mau tanya ttg obat panas , apa bener tempra itu nggak boleh dikasih tiap 4 jam ? ( padahal di kotaknya ditulis boleh bila perlu ) , melainkan harus dikasih jarak 6 jam . Kata dsa ku harus di selingi dengan obat panas lain sepert novalgin dll yang penting jangan parasetamol juga karena bisa keracunan anaknya . Masalahnya anakku tidak mau di kompres , jadi kalau dikasih tempra panasnya turun , lalu 4 jam kemudian panas lagi . hmm, yg biasnaya saya dengar tiap 4 jam mbak, bukan 6 jam.. dan novalgin sudah tidak direkomen lagi ... nanti saya cari artikelnya ya... sebagiknya memang kita lebih waspada mbak... parasetamol (dan juga obat2an yg lain)( pastia da risk dan benefit... cuma, parasetamol asalkan pemberian sesuai aturan (minimla 4 jam sekali), risknya paling kecil... keracunan? saya malah taunay parasetamol paling aman buat lambung treatment mbak ke anak sudah bener kok... salut deh :) dan banyak anak yg gak nyaman di kompres dan panas memang akan selalu ada selama didalam tubuh masih ada virus... panasnya sampe berapa mbak? kalau panasnya termauk tinggi, 38,6 ke atas, coba berendam air yg sangat hangat selama kurleb 10 menit bisa bantu banyak kok maaf belum bisa banyak bantu ya mba tapi kalau boleh saran, parasetamol tetep yg paling aman, dan hindari pemberian novalginnya... 2009/12/24 Evi Martini evina...@gmail.com mom sekalian mau tanya ttg obat panas , apa bener tempra itu nggak boleh dikasih tiap 4 jam ? Mbak kalo dosisnya kita bisa itung sendiri, naprex kan isinya paracetamol jg, 10-15 mg/berat badan, kan ada tuh di botolnya tiap ml mengandung berapa mg paracetamol, tinggal di kali berat badannya, ketemu brapa mili, nah di ukur pake sendok yg ada ukuran milinya itu. Event itu sanmol or panadol or tempra sama ngitungnya mbak, cuman kandungan paracetamol di naprex kayaknya lebih banyak per mg nya, jd ngasihnya cuman dikit . obat penurun panas yg terbukti secara klinis paling aman adalah yg mengandung acetaminophen atau parasetamol. tingga panas berapapun sebaiknya kita gunakan parasetamol.. ibuprofen (merek proris plizzz) tidak begitu direkomen karena ada efek samping pendarahan pada lambung. Meski ada beberapa report ilmiah bahwa ibuprofen bisa lebih cepet nurunin panas, ternyata report tersebut sudah banyak dibantah sama report yang lebih baru... jadi, rasanya kurang bijaksana kalau kesimpulannya bisa sembuh atau tidak, karena balik lagi obat penurun panas TIDAK BISA menyembuhkan penyakit... tapi HANYA meningkatkan ambang batas daya tahan anak terhadapp panas yang dia alami... selama virus/bakteri ada, panas AKAN TETAP ada panas sangat diperlukan bagi tubuh untuk segera mematikan virus dan bakteri ... karena virus dan bakteri bisa lebih cepat mati si suhu yg panas... jadi jangan buru2 kasi obat penurun panas... Eh iya, itu tes darah + urine oya urine nya jg dideteksi lekositnya tinggi. Demamnya naik pas malam jelang pagi, jam 2an siang abis bangun tidur, nti kalo abis di kasi proris lgs turun, ab nya starcef mas :D. Perubahnya tentu sj jd lemes tp krn Lauren(5,8) anaknya aktif, kalo segeran dikit ada aja yg dilakuin becanda smp muter2 dikasur, duduk mewarnai menggambarlah, membaca. Sebelum Proris diberikan, anak disarankan makan dulu krn bisa efek ke lambung. Sy jg kalo kepepet aja ksh proris, biasanya kalo gak panadol ya tempra. Pernah jg wkt panasnya gak turun, dokter mnyarankan dikasih selang seling tempra dan proris setiap 4 jam. Mbak dewi,..kenapa milih merek proris mbak,..setau saya obat penurun panas dengan merek ini untuk anak yg agak sedikit bermasalah ketika dia panas, misalnya panasnya disertai kejang. Waktu demam turun ga lemes dia, lgs minta di lap kringetnya. BAB 2 minggu ini ga teratur bs 2-3 hr sekali dan biasa ga encer. Muntah kadang2 tp air yg keluar kalo dia merasa neg yg luar biasa.
