Ctigw is for OCS/Lync. You don't need to set it up unless you have OCS or Lync deskphone control. Vir Assume that the end user has in the controlled devices the correct phone Assume the in the phone settings the owner is the correct user Did you add in the cups the specific user to has a deskphone? Did you configure the cti application user in cucm and also in cups? What are you using to login to the CUPS server ? IP address or name ? If you are using the name, Try to add a host record to the host file in the CUCCX server and then try again.
