Send As .... am I going insane?
Hi all, It's been some time since I've done any exchange admin, so it could well be that dementia has started to set in .. I'm sure that in Exchange 2003 there was a 'send as' permission on the mailbox permissions. Am I going mad or have MS changed something on me? If they've taken this away, how do I achieve the same effect? It's Exchange 2003, SP2 in a Windows 2003 domain. Thanks Stu ~ Ninja Email Security with Cloudmark Spam Engine Gets Image Spam ~ ~ http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Ninja~

IIS & Exchange 2000
Here is the situation. We have Exchange 2000 (SP2) installed on a Win2K SP2 box which also has ISA (SP1) installed. Because ISA is installed I have had to change the default port number in IIS (default site) to something other than 80 or 8080 as those are the ports that ISA listens on. When I change the port numbers the public folder part of system manager stops working and just keeps prompting me for a username/password (I assume it's trying to look through the firewall). The only way I can get to the public folders is to disable all the ISA services and set the port back to 80 on the default web site. Any ideas how I can solve this? I also get these errors if I try to access the prompters of a public folder instance from within the storage group. I have been through the KB and technet and checked anything I came up with such as the host header in IIS, the SSL in IIS etc to no effect. Can anyone help me with this or at least point me in the right direction. The only other thing worth mentioning is that ISA Server is installed on the same box of Exchange. Exchange 2000 KMS
Hi, I'm having a problem with KMS in our test setup. We have two servers setup as an exchange organisation. Server_01 has exchange 2000 w/ an enterprise root CA which has had the Enrolment agent (computer), Exchange User & Exchange Signature Only templates added. I have waited for replication to occur (as both servers are also DCs, can't afford to big a test setup). When I try to install KMS on Server_02 it tells me that it can't continue as there is no Enterprise CA with the templates installed. Any ideas? Thanks Stu List Charter and FAQ at: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/exchange_list_charter.htm
System Manager Problems
Hi, I have a problem with System Manager (Exchange 2000 SP2) and i'm sure it's a pretty simple solution I just can't find it. Whenever I try to browse the public folder tree I am prompted for a password, none of the accounts I know work (members of the enterprise admins, domain admins, schema admins). Up until now this has never been a problem but we now want to develop an app which uses public folders. Any ideas how to resolve this? or which permissions need to be changed?
