[google-appengine] Re: Receiving blank page

2018-12-17 Thread Hossein Amerkashi
No one is experiencing this issue?

I have found-out that IF users use the actual appspot url address
(e.g. http://goldappybuilder.appspot.com/), then they don't experience the
white-screen issue. However, if they use the provided domain (
http://gold.AppyBuilder.com <http://gold.appybuilder.com/>) then they have
the white-screen. Anyone knows what may cause this issue to happen?

Thanks,
Hossein.

[google-appengine] Help - custom domains

2016-03-30 Thread M. Hossein Amerkashi
Hi, I appreciate help on following:

I have a domain registered with Google domains; let's say *example.com. *Since
I wanted to create my own site, I went to Google Domains and updated custom
domain to point to BlueHost name server. That worked and site is up and
running.

With AppEngine, I have an application called *xyz.appspot.com. *
I like to setup AppEngine custom domain and map *xyz.appspot.com* to
subdomain like *silver.example.com*

Do I just setup AppEngine custom domain like silver.example.com?
Do I have to go to Google Domain and change DNS settings there or do I have
to change some settings on other hosting (BlueHost)??

THANKS

[google-appengine] Custom Domain not working

2016-02-29 Thread M. Hossein Amerkashi
Hi, I'm having issue getting the custom domain working
for console.cloud.google.com
Here are what I have done:
1. Got a domain using google domains
2. Used google could and went to custom domain settings. Under Settings:
2.1 item 1 - skipped, because it was already a verifided domain -
purchased using google domain
2.2 item 2 - selected 1st radio button because I wanted the root domain
2.3 item 3 - it was populated with a list of A and for root
3. Copied those into clipboard
4. Went back into google domains
5. Went into DNS settings of the my custom domain
6. Under NameServer, selected "Use Google's name servers"
7. Under "Registered hosts", added IP4 and IP6 addresses that was into
clipboard (item 2.3 above)
8. Under "Custom Resource Records", added the 4 A and hosts

Have waited about +30hours and still not working.

All help will greatly be appreciated.

Thanks

[google-appengine] Re: Problem deploying - javax.servlet.UnavailableException

2015-04-07 Thread M. Hossein Amerkashi
Hi Shobhit,

I'm using java 1.7.0_40-b43 on Windows box. This same environment has been
used to publish previous versions of my app. I have archive versions of all
my versions. Interesting thing is that even my old version that had
previously been published successfully and works properly, throws same
exception when re-published! I think something definitely has changed on
Google side and I can't figure it out. Its really a show-stopper for me.

Thanks

 Hi Hossein,

I think you are getting the error because authentication filter that uses

changed while uploading the app or during compilation.Check the execution

 application again.

[google-appengine] Help - more than 100 URLMap entries

2014-03-12 Thread M. Hossein Amerkashi
Hello,

I was using appengine-java-sdk-1.7.2 to deploy my application and all was
going fine.
Now, I have to upgrade to java. So I believe I have made the switch.
However, when I try to upload, it prevents me from deployment because I get
this message:
* Java 6 applications are prevented from being deployed to Google App
Engine from any version of the SDK, including older ones*

Then I switch to any version higher than +appengine-java-sdk-1.7.4 and I
get:
* Found more than 100 URLMap entries in application configuration*

Is there anyway to change this default of 100?

Thanks in advance
