you did remember to have the message you were responding to open and in focus when you hit that keystroke, right? I still have three xp machines, two more in the closet that i am deciding what to do with, and a new win 7 home premeum edition unit and it usually works in outlook express if i have the message open and the person who sent it does not have there address hidden as part of there list settings. Hello there; Although you've told us that your using windows 7, and jaws 13 you didn't say which email client your asking about. outlook 2010 and outlook 2007, You can either press, Ctrl+#3 on the number row, Or, you can press ctrl+shift+b=book, also to add contact, you can use, ctrl+shift+c=contact. Hi David, here's a strange one. May be you can explain this one to me. If your send a reply to sender on Mediareq, you press ctrl + shift + r, without opening the message, and to reply to Jaws users, you have to press insert + shift + r to reply to sender, with the message open. I have jaws 12, win 7 and Outlook 2010. Ho w can I see the properties of a message? That's the way I used to get individual addresses in OE. The context menu doesn't have properties for each message. Would it be possible to make the list switch the e-mail addresses around so the senders e-mail address be displayed first? Okay Karen; Try this, It actually works, and gives the information your looking to have. 1, from the inbox, Press alt+f Up-arrow and enter on, Options. 2, now press the letter q=quick access tool bar. 3, now tab one time, You will see, choose commands from, You need to down arrow and choose, All commands, Now tab and press the letter m until you hear; Message options, Now tab and check the box, Show quick access toolbar, Now tab enter on add, Now tab okay. Now, the next thing is, While you have a message highlighted, Press, alt+h=home tab, Now down arrow until you hear; Undo unavailable, Right arrow until you hear, message options, Press enter. Hello there; If you want contacts to be automatically added when you reply; Alt+f=file, Up arrow to options, and press enter, Or, you could just press the letter t So, alt+f/t, Now down arrow until you hear; Contacts, Now tab and make sure the following box is checked; Automatically create Outlook contacts for recipients that do not belong to an Outlook Address Book Or you could, Enter on a jaws-users message, Now shift+tab until you hear the jaws-users email, Press applications key, Up arrow and enter on add to contacts.
