have just switched to the other guys.  I actually forwarded my concerns as Ray 
mentioned and also raised concerns about issues I had with Google to them 
directly as well.  (I have better connections at Google)  I care so I raise the 
concerns with the hopes things will improve.

I’ve had mixed support from Apple but consistently good responses from 
accessibility.  I also had similar experiences in fact I think I may have 
gotten a blind support engineer at one point.  I had folks on the regular 
support line generally not know as much as I do when it comes to the products 
but Accessibility support has always been good.  They have also been quick to 
answer my questions when new products come out like how to start VO on the new 
model with fingerprint censor etc.

I won’t bash accessibility help either, so far so good.  Regular support has 
been about 50 / 50

Let's say Ray, people do slag Apple off on this list when something is not to 
their satisfaction or that Siri isn't as good as so and so.  For example you 
can read mails from the past few days.  Everyone is entitled to their opinion 
and yes at times, I do criticise when it is needed.  But at times, I think a 
lot of people forget that Apple is good because we have voice Over on a main 
stream computer.  I know that many of us have got used to this so when 
something isn't right, we will criticise and complain and we will take what we 
have for granted.  I am no exception.  I admit that I do criticise and complain 
and others will go on the defensive when they are called out for doing so.  
There is no harm when something isn't right.  So Ray, this isn't about one 
operating system or another.  It's about a wonderful service that we have from 
a mainstream provider of computer software.  You can have this on Windows if 
you are using jaws but not using Narrator.  That was my point Ray.
