Hello Matt, I agree, trying to bite off too much is difficult in an OSS project -- we just don't have the capacity to stay focus on it (full time). As a result, I am using a agile approach to keep the cycle short and to generate faster turnarounds into the hands of the users. Perhaps in the future, when there are more active members, we can look into developing more formal planning process and organization. (I am not a PM by profession, so I am sure there are more experienced people who can do a better job than me.) Let's get 0.8x and 1.0 out the door so we can work on exciting features for 2.0. For everyone's information: Gert Dreisen is one of the NAnt project admins and he has kindly configured MediaWiki on SF. I will use it put up a rough roadmap (what I have said in the email) for everyone to review / edit / comment. Then once the list is semi-final for the near term, and the tasks are assigned, the work can begin. Later on, we can also use the Wiki to document other information related to the project, roles, process, howtos, etc. I enjoy using Wiki because it's fast and it's collaborative. However, I obviously can't speak for everyone out there and I can only imagine that there may be some projects out there that can't, or won't, upgrade beyond version 1.1. Do you think it would be possible/feasable to release a final version of 0.86 with the recent work you have been doing as the last version that supports .NET 1.X and then drop .NET 1.X support going forward? I would hate to leave .NET 1.X support on a beta.
