2010-03-13 Thread Jitendra
Hello friends, if I play any intstrument and save it to wav or aif, it
does not work in recycle, means I am not able to change the tempo,
bars/beets and any other thing,
what is the reason behind it, are those loop files have diferent
structure, or recorded on a special software, can I create loops for the
things I want?

File renaming question, please help.

2010-02-28 Thread Jitendra
Hello friends, say I have some files in a folder, wav or mp3, and I also
have the PDF, or tab-seperated text file containing the time, file name,
album and artist info for all the tracks, is there any way or software
by which I can rename all of them at once?
and may I use the column I want, such as if I want to use only the title
column, is it possible?
another question: is it possible to search using the grasenote databass
by a software for all the files for that folder, and if information is
found, rename them?

Thank you, Jitendra.

Re: moving goldwave's start and finish markers

2009-08-21 Thread Jitendra
You are correct, but that affects the use of left and right arrows and
page up or down keys to navigate in the sound window.
to move markers, use shift+ left and right arrow keys for start marker,
and add control into it for finish one. for feedback, you must have JAWS
for window and the scripts written for goldwave, or with other
screen-readers, which do not have markers reading commands, read the
first status line from the goldwave window.

Hope this helps.
Thank you, Jitendra.

How can I get the latest Yahoo to act like Windows Live Messenger

when I type and press enter, my words are not automatically spoken.
Likewise, when my chat friends respond to me, I do not get any

there. This was automatic before and it still is in Windows Live

Mp3 tag editor needed

2009-07-29 Thread Jitendra
Hello friends, I need an mp3 tag editor, which should be able to edit
the tags like goldwave,
in goldwave, for track number, we type 2 number signs, and it then
asigns numbers automaticly, other information such artist, album,
comments and other things can be typed directly, but only once, and then
it processes all files in a batch, I want a simple software for this, as
goldwave make these files bigger than the originals.
Note: I don't want a software that can rename files bassed on tags, or
can create tags bassed on file names, but a tag editor for thousands of
files.
and it should be able to assign the track numbers and other info
automaticly as we tell it to do.

Thank you, Jitendra.

Hi
I'm looking for advice either on using Windows Media Player 11 or on how to
split MP3 files quickly and easily.
Recently I downloaded a 10 hour mp3 book. I can speed it up in Windows Media
Player but on using the Seek option or Fast Forward one I keep getting stuck
on the increments Media player allows. I cannot seem just to fast forward to
the place I stopped so I can restart.
If I were to cut up the file, say in Gold Wave, is there an easy way of
specifying the sections to break it into, then saving each into more
manageable files for playback in WMP at the fast speed?

Re: Goldwave scripts was: goldwave error

2009-07-10 Thread Jitendra

Thanks for the positive revert,
currently they (1.58), are on the www.blind-geek-zone.net
but our own site host all of the scripts written by us, and anyone
including you can host them as well,

the Site is:
since debby has passed, jfwlite is not updated, and perhaps never will
as per the message on the main page unless one of us take the domain and
do it on their own.

Jitendra.

Jitendra. It's good to hear the scripts work with the latest Goldwave.

Please. Where do I get them? I only found scripts for Goldwave at
http://jfwlite.com/goldwave5.13ScriptsForJaws5AndGreater.zip

I have tested them, they are working fine, and several previous issues
are also fixed, current version is 1.58, and should only be used with
latest version of goldwave, not that 5.25 however I am working on
scripts for something new if I can, so if you are seeking a feature
that is not available and you want to see in the scripts, feel free to
write to me, and see if it can be implimented.
Thank you, Jitendra.

Jaws?

I don't have a sound recorder on mylaptop and was thinking about using
Goldwave. Haven't used it for aes as my main computer has Sound
Forge 7.

Can't remember if I can run SF on more than one computer.

Hi friend, I don't know about that, but it is not recommended to use
JAWS script version 1.57 with this update, because shortcuts which
activate menu items like change volume, max match and other keys
activate diferent item than they ment for.
Thank you.

Re: A suggestion was Re: New free sound forge scripts

2009-03-12 Thread Jitendra
For JAWS for windows, as I don't know to use other screen reader, and
btw, scripting for window eyes for apps that have no api's will be a
problem, and I don't know much of vb scripting, and btw, I need code
contributions to this JAWS script set.

Thanks.
Steve Pattison wrote:

Hi Jitendra,

These scripts sound like a very good idea but you left out one very
important detail. You didn't mention what screen reader these scripts
are for. We don't know if they are scripts that work with Hal,
Window-eyes or JAWS (smile). Now three screen readers support scripts
it might be a good idea if people mention in messages what screen reader
the scripts are meant to work with. Otherwise I can see this causing a
lot of confusion!
