Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Lazy Search for SqueezeCenter 7.0 released

2009-10-26 Thread Stuart Hickinbottom
Hello, sorry you're having trouble.

v3.5.3 is definitely compatible with SBS 7.4.0. If it appears on the
plugins list as installed but doesn't appear on the player that suggests
that it's having trouble starting up, since problems at that time can
prevent it adding its menu items.

Can you restart your server/SBS and take a look at the SBS log to see if
there are any messages in there that might give me a clue?

Stuart

[SlimDevices: Plugins] SqueezePlay no sound if Sync is on (with duet)

2009-10-26 Thread frankflorida

I am running Squeezebox Server Version: 7.4.1 - r28947
and the 7.5 SqueezePlay Beta. If I run them as single output they work
fine, if I choose the Sync funktion "ON" then the SqueezePlay goes mute
but seams to keep running normal. Just the sound output on the desktop
stops.
Anyone got the same problems?

[SlimDevices: Plugins] Suggestion for a Plugin or App

2009-10-26 Thread tonyptony

I'd like it if someone could put together a plugin that would scan all
the music in a library and do a dynamic range chack a la something like
what this tool does

http://dynamicrange.de/

I'd like to know how all the music in my library checks out in this
regard. I suspect if someone were to build such a thing it would take
forever to scan through a big collection, so maybe it could be done by
genre or something. Then it could be done a little at a time.

I was listening to a radio station on sbs. I was not controlling it with
ipeng. I then switched to msb.com on a different player and the 1st
player was no longer listed On ipeng and I could not pull the 1st player
back on. I thought that " music choice" would help.

Are there instructions on the correct use of "music choice". I can

to do anything. I know I just do not know how it does work. Thanks. I

That's the App Gallery in mysqueezebox.com, I assume?
I'm never connected to MySB, only to my local Squeezebox Server. Will
this still work?
The podcast list on MySB doesn't seem to be synced to the podcast list

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] TitleSwitcher and MusicInfoScreen on squeezeboxserver 7.4

2009-10-26 Thread dip

I have just seen that on the settings page of MusicInfoScr there is an
option "Show playlist name for online streams". In the info it is
described that online streams sometimes don't have the artist and/or the
album tag set and with this option enabled the playlist name of the
online stream can be displayed instead of an empty tag.

I have tried this option but it makes no difference in the display
output which is correct since the tag concerned in the present case is
the COMPOSER tag. However, could it be that TitleSwitcher, MusicInfoScr
or even a core component of Squeezebox Server displays the "playlist
name" (whatever this is in an online stream) if the COMPOSER tag is
empty? As alreday mentioned, it seems that always the name of the menu
item is displayed at which the PLAY button was pressed, so it could be
that this is be default the "playlist name". And since in some cases the
COMPOSER and the ARTIST are treated similarly (there is e.g. an option
to include composer in the search for artist) there could be a cross
connection which lead to the present problem.

At the moment it seems that the problem is related to the TitleSwitcher
plugin since it does not show up if MusicInfoScr is used without
TitleSwitcher. But the replacement rule could in my opinion even be
defined in the core of Squeezebox Server and there is only a wrong
handling how TitleSwitcher communicates the empty COMPOSER tag to the
core component.

I have no idea if this makes sense but if I can give you any
information which could help to track down this bug I will do.

This worked perfectly well. "Holding" the cover art on NowPlaying gives

Though you said you installed 1.4.99, I'm assuming that you meant
1.9.99? Anything SlimNAS release prior to 1.9.99 (i.e. 1.5.1) will only
run SqueezeBox Server v7.4.0. You need to install 1.9.99 (it's Beta
code, I think) to run 7.4.1 and later.

stro;477435 Wrote:

You need to download the complete archive (ends tgz, ~55MB), not the
NoCPAN archive and rename it. The direct download link to the complete
archive is:
http://downloads.slimdevices.com/SqueezeboxServer_v7.4.1/squeezeboxserver-7.4.1.tgz.
There were architectural changes in the distribution of the files that
MHerger and Logitech/Slim developers made to better integrate the two
components.

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Beta version of SvrPowerControl

2009-10-26 Thread Innocence

Since upgrade to 7.4.0 (now 7.4.1 final) the SBC no longer sends a WOL
to my server. When I choose the Music menu, I simple get a message
saying:
> Get SqueezeBox Server software on www.mysqueezebox.com, og make sure
> it's installed and running on a computer on the network
I thought this problem was caused by the SBC controller sofware, but
since noone else has this problem, I'm suspecting it's because I'm the
only one in the world using SCCLITOOL to control the players.

I use the SBR to "Turn off receiver". When script detects the SBR is
powered off, it does a
Code:

scclitool.exe %PLAYERMAC% connect www.mysqueezebox.com ...

A few minutes later the server is put in standby.
After this the SBR can no longer WOL the server - it seems to
completely forget it was ever connected to the server. This problem
never occured when I used the SvrPowerControl plugin on 7.3. My best
guess is that the SBS plugin somehow supplies info about the server to
the SBR (so it's able to WOL the next time), and the SCCLITOOL does not
(hope this makes sense).

As a sidenote: Often when the player is moved to MSB
(MySqueezeNetwork.com) the receiver turns back on (LED turns on, and
text on the SBR changes to "Turn off receiver"). I then have to turn it
off again using the SBR, because SCCLITOOL is unable to power off the
SBR when it's connected to MSB.

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Help with CustomBrowse menus for Composer/Conductor

2009-10-26 Thread BruceSchillo

I have SC 7.3.3 installed, as well as CustomBrowse and CustomScan. My
classical music is tagged with COMPOSER ("Alban Berg") and COMPOSERSORT
("Berg, Alban"). The Composer menu beneath CB Classical Music shows
both the COMPOSER tag and the COMPOSERSORT tag, i.e., there are two
entries for each composer. I'd like each composer to appear in the menu
only once using the COMPOSERSORT format. How do I set the menu to show
only COMPOSERSORT? Or, alternatively, how do I map the COMPOSERSORT
value onto the COMPOSER tag?

I would like an A-Z menu of composers based on the COMPOSERSORT tag,
which leads you to a list of the albums where the chosen composer
appears.

BTW -- after reinstalling the Custom Clock plugin, when I go to the

when I go the web settings UI and go to plugins, I see that there is a

Classic clock for the Controller and clicked apply and close. I still
get the ugly new clock. So then, I decided to stop Squeezebox Server and
restart it. There still is no "Classic clock" listed under the

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] AlienBBC vs BBCiPlayer plugins

2009-10-26 Thread bpa

If some programs play and others do not - then it is likely to be a BBC
issue.

Have you disabled any audio formats in either BBCiPlayer settings or
SBS Filetypes ?

Can you give a specific example of a program that doesn't play and that
was broadcast at least 24 hrs ago.

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Custom Clock applet for Touch/Radio/Controller

2009-10-26 Thread NFLnut

I just went through the reinstall for Custom Clock and saw taht there
was a new 1.2 version. It's working now and showing up in the screen
saver settings. I'm waiting to make sure that when it goes to screen
saver in a few minutes the classic clock will display.

Having to reinstall plugins after a firmware update is pretty
ridiculous. I might understand if it was going from say 7.4 to 7.5 or 8
(a major upgrade), but not for an unremarkable update.

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Suggestion for a Plugin or App

2009-10-26 Thread aubuti

While you're waiting for a plugin, you could get a good first
approximation by exporting your tag information
_including_replay_gain_tags_ into a spreadsheet or stats program. It
will understate the true dynamic range because it's only giving you an
average and a peak for each track, but doesn't tell you what the level
of the quietest passages. But it is information that you probably
already have readily available.

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] AlienBBC vs BBCiPlayer plugins

2009-10-26 Thread bpa

I'm at a loss.

AAC support on Linux was not standard in 7.3.2 so something has been
added to your system which is non standard but enabled AAC support.

SSOTS is a special build of SC with a lots of things added and changed
to suit the QNAP systems.

To stream BBC in AAC you need a special version of faad and I don't
think your setup has it - even if you move to 7.3.3 I could still not be
sure about what changes SSOTS has made.

If you are in the UK - then it may be possible to use MP3 instead of
AAC for Listen Again. For live stream - play the WMA streams - use BBC
App or Radiofeeds UK.

I can play the Zapped playlist which, I think, shouldn't happen?
I'm using the latest version( I'm at work so can't recall number) via
extension downloader.
Tonight I'll try creating a new playlist, add a song then change custom
skip to use that playlist as all my playlists were created pre 7.4.
Anything else I could try?

Thanks

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Beta version of SvrPowerControl

2009-10-26 Thread danco

I've just realised a glitch with the setup script on Mac OS X.

It has to be run using sudo. But this requires the user to be an admin
user.

I do not normally run as an admin user, and Squeezebox Server was
installed from my standard user account.

If I switch to my admin account, then the sudoers file does not get
correctly changed (I think, but am not sure about this) and the log file
definitely gets created under the admin user, which is not what's
wanted.

Simplest solution seems to be to add, in the setup notes, that
non-admin users should be set up temporarily as admin ones.

Another solution (if the only issue is with the log file, and not with
sudoers) might be to have two setup scripts, one just for creating a log
file.

I did find SvrPowerControl was doing what I wanted. But a problem
elsewhere in my system forced me to restore from a backup that did not
have the changed sudoers file, so I have to run the setup again.

As yet one more audiophile I can only keep scratching my head wondering
why the original Slimdevices and now Logitech doesn't just offer Hugh
some kind of payment / licensing / anything to allow Inguz to be
properly integrated into the software and maintained and upgraded as
part of the product. For a small company that was intent on creating a
device like this that actually had the ability to sound good, leaving
out DRC continues to be a real mystery.

BTW the forum is still down.

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Possible Extension Downloader issueinstalling KDF's Pop3 Email Checker plugin

2009-10-26 Thread dhull

I've been using the Email Checker plugin for some time. It has its
limitations, but it meets my needs. It tends to get broken with each
release due to installation issues. 7.4 was no exception.

If you want to use it, you have to find it first. The Wiki is not up to
date, but fortunately kdf has what you need here:
http://kdfplugins.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ kdfplugins-read-only
Add the above url in the Plugins tab Additional Repositories.

When the page is refreshed you will see all of kdf's available plugins,
including the Email checker. Check the box for the plugin and restart
the server. This will install the plugin.

Next you need to find and edit the install.xml file for the plugin. On
my Vista system it is in
ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\InstalledPlugins\Plugins\Email.

Edit install.xml and change PLUGIN_ALARM_DESC to PLUGIN_EMAIL_DESC.
Also change maxVersion to this: *

Restart the server and you're done.

If you reinstall from the repository, install.xml will be overwritten
and you will have to edit it again. The reason for this seems to be an
out of date install.xml file in the zip file kdf provides. You can
browse around his repository and you will see the later and corrected
install.xml.

I have the same issue, it seems as if a lot of things are broken unless
you go all the way back out to rhapsody from the main menu. Some of the
other functions from the + menu such as add to end and play next also
don't work from within. I tried using Rhapsody the other night while I
had some friends over and it is so much harder to do things now than it
was before always having to go out to the main menu. Hopefully it will
get fixed in some further updates, I just find Rhapsody to have gone
from very usable to just awkward to use. Once you start mixing the now
playing screen with Rhapsody and My Music (locally stored music) on my
server it just gets even worse.

I think sudo's '-S' option may come to the rescue. I tried to replicate
the functionality of this part of the instructions: "sudo -u
squeezeboxserver sudo /sbin/shutdown -k -h now" with this: "sudo
testsudo.sh"

Code:

#!/bin/bash
  USER="squeezeboxserver"
  HOST=`hostname -s`

  if [ "$EUID" -ne 0 ]; then
echo "Please run this command as 'sudo $0'. Exit"
  exit 0
  fi

  /usr/bin/wall < OK = 0
  echo "" | sudo -S -u $USER sudo -S /sbin/shutdown -k now > /dev/null 2>&1 &&
OK=1 || OK=0;

  if [ "$OK" -eq 1 ]; then
  echo -e "\nSuccess!\n";
  else
  echo -e "\nThere was a boo-boo.\n";
  fi

Seems to work for me (debian, OS X) Is it useful to you ?

NB: I switched to using bash only because I had trouble with "echo -e"
on OSX using sh. Remove the -e and sh will do nicely.

On NowPlaying? That shouldn't be. iPeng doesn't even cache that,
wouldn't know hoe to mix these up.
Is this with Albums on your local library? SC is not still scanning the
library? What is the cover art you see in the web' interfaces' current

How is your library organized, a separate folder for each album?

Can you explain more fully what you are trying to accomplish here? And
why?

Also, when you run your SCCLITool.exe script, are you using the SBR's
mac address, or the SBC's?

There are so many behavior differences between the 7.3.x SBC firmware
and 7.4's and between SqueezeNetwork and MySqueezebox.com that nothing
of what you describe may have anything to do with either SrvrPowerCtrl
or SCCLITool.exe.

Innocence;477667 Wrote:
> My best guess is that the SBS plugin somehow supplies info about the

Unfortunately, SrvrPowerCtrl does no such thing, nor does any other
plugin. ANY player's ability to WOL a server is completely dependent on
it's own firmware. There is no way (that I know of) to 'externally'
program any Squeezebox of any type with the mac address of the local SBS
server. You can't even do this with Robin's Net-UDAP and the SBR. With
most Squeezebox models, the firmware, on setup, captures the server's
mac address by looking at the arp cache, I believe. Usually, if your
player looses the ability to WOL your server, the solution is to perform
a factory reset of the player and set it up again. After the initial
connection to the local server, the player 'remembers' that mac address.
A side effect of this behavior has always been that, if you have
multiple SBS servers, the player only has the ability to WOL one of
them. While a player may remember the name and ip address of the last
server it was connected to, it only remembers the mac address of the
*first* server it was connected to.

This is how it worked with the 7.3.x firmwares, anyway.

I will say this: with the SBC, because it is an actual 'computer', you
can hack some of the scripts on it's OS so that it will WOL your server
every time you turn the SBC on. I've done this when I've had WOL
troubles with the SBC in the past. Also, there was a WOL applet for the
SBC for the 7.3.x SqueezePlay platform. I don't know if it's been
updated for 7.4.

[SlimDevices: Plugins] AlienBBC + iPlayer no longer work after 7.3.4 > 7.4.2 upgrade

It looks like faad is starting up fine but there is no audio.
Interestingly when using a Softsqueeze player on my PC the iPlayer
stream does play. Why is it not working to my hardware players though?

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] AlienBBC + iPlayer no longer work after 7.3.4 > 7.4.2 upgrade

2009-10-26 Thread bpa

AlienBBC is broken because BBC have changed their website not because of
7.4.x

Are you using a 64 bit kernel ? If so then install the 32 bit
compatibility libraries as supplied faad and flac are 32 bit binaries.

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] AlienBBC + iPlayer no longer work after 7.3.4 > 7.4.2 upgrade

2009-10-26 Thread mattross

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes I am using a 64-bit kernel, but I have
the 'libc6-i386' package installed and ldd is finding all the required
libraries:

Code:

# ldd /usr/share/squeezeboxserver/Bin/i386-linux/faad
  linux-gate.so.1 =>  (0xf7fc1000)
  libm.so.6 => /lib32/libm.so.6 (0xf7f8b000)
  libc.so.6 => /lib32/libc.so.6 (0xf7e36000)
  /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0xf7fc2000)

I think the fact SoftSqueeze can play streams implies something else is
not right.

What works depends on what you have configured and what stream formats
are being picked up. Get a log with player.source set to debug and copy
relevant log entries to a post.

First make sure faad and flac are working. Test the SBS versions on a
command line.

No,in NowPlaying the artwork is correct. The mix-up happens when
browsing by album or by artist.

No, SC is not scanning the library.

When I open SC, I see the correct artwork when I browse by artist and
by album. The artwork is also correct in the web interfaces' current
playlist.

My library is organised by artist (one folder per artist), and those
folders contain folders for each one the artist's albums. The only
exception are albums with various artists.

I have tested the flac and faad binaries and they both work. I encoded a
wav to flac and decoded an aac to wav and both output files are valid.

Here is the debug output I hope is relevant, I've trimmed lots of it to
try and keep it small:

Ok, that makes sense.
This probably happens whenever you do a "Clear and Rescan" of your
database and restart the server before running iPeng. For example if you
update the server from a previous version which requires a rescan.

Squeezebox Server (or SqueezeCenter) isn't really made for caching,
actually Logitech oppose caching of database information on a
controlling device (for themselves), the concept is to always have
accurate data by accessing the data on the server.
iPeng can't do that or will lose some of it's usability (e.g. the A-Z
indexes). I predict Logitech will have fun with the SB Touch on this
aspect...

So what iPeng does is it caches album, artist and genre data and
artwork and it clears that cache whenever one of the following things
happen:
1. the number of tracks or albums or artists change
2. the timestamp of the last rescan changes.

Now, 2. doesn't survive a server restart and 1. doesn't change if you
do a "clear and rescan" on the same library so the change to the
database will go unnoticed by iPeng...
That's what "Flush Cache" is for.

I filed an enhancement request over a year ago to provide persistent
timestamps for individual tables, which would fix this. However, that
one got flagged for "New Schema" which I would predict to not happen...
So this is probably what we have to live with in iPeng.

Which do you think is the simpler / safer instruction?

To instruct the user to temporarily change their account status to
administrator, or, to login as the administrator and, from a terminal:

# sudo echo nonadminusername ALL=(ALL) ALL >>/etc/sudoers

Actually, it seems pretty clear that your suggestion is better. I'll
update the help file. Thanks.

The problem here is that on OS X, Squeezebox Server does not run under
a 'squeezeboxserver' account as it does on Linux, but rather under the
user's account that was used when setting up SBS. Ostensibly, this is
because the SBS developers want to give access permissions to the user's
iTunes files. Just another of the myriad SBS inconsistencies that 3rd
party developers have to keep track of, imho.

Anyway, I don't think 'sudo -k' or 'sudo -K' can invalidate the user's
sudo timestamp from within a sudo session. And that means that your
test script potentially always reports success on OS X, even when the
permissions aren't correctly set.

You've trimmed too much and stopped just when it started to play so
there is no indication of why it stopped..

With logs sometimes messages that are missing can help so do not edit
logs and copy as much as possible. Generally just copy the log message
from time your press "play" to about 30 secs after all the activity has
happened.

Copy the messages into a text file, zip the text file and attach to a
post.

There is a setting for Custom Skip that controls if it only should be

It is a bit strange though: When I used SvrPowerControl with 7.3 I
configured it to move idle players to squeezenetwork.com and turn them
off. I always worked perfect! Now, using just the tool I cannot WOL the
server and I cannot power off a player once it has been moved to
mysqueezebox.com.

Hmm... is the SvrPowerControl plugin working with 7.4 now? If it is,
maybe I should just quit trying control this myself and turn back
control to SvrPowerControl

I also have an independent squeezecenter installation (v7.3.2) on my
Windows Vista p.c.; i.e. I can connect my Squeezebox to this server
which then leaves QNAP and linux completely out of the game.
Maybe we should therefore ignore the QNAP / Linux issues to begin
with.
Using the Vista installation I see exactly the same iPlayer problems,
i.e. most programmes show a picture and description but no URL (and do
not play).
I am outside of the UK.

Questions:
- Would a missing or wrong type of decoder cause iPlayer not to display
any URL for the stream, or just not allow it to play a displayed URL?
- Would the necessary version of faad normally be available in Windows
Vista (and any tips as to how I can find out if I have it)?

Thanks in advance - I appreciate that this is taking up a lot of your
time.

Right, the script as is here returns failure on OSX, because
squeezeboxserver does not exist. Further, this script is not very useful
on OS X, since if you can sudo, then you can sudo... as you point out.
Nevertheless, it catches failure or success.

And the sudo -k line is not correct, as it doesn't apply to the SBS
system user.
Doing "sudo -u squeezeboxserver -k" is not possible, but it looks like

"sudo -u squeezeboxserver sudo -k" does reset the password timeout for
user squeezeboxserver.

I believe it needs to be 7.3.3 to have support for AAC radio streaming.
I would upgrade this server before using it to test iplayer. Ideally
you upgrade it to 7.4.1, but 7.3.3 should work.

What we're trying to establish here is the ability to execute shutdown
and other commands with no password prompt. I'm just not sure how to do
this on OSX inside of a script. From my testing on OSX, it didn't seem
as though your script was able to establish this.

I wonder if this would work...again, assuming that the script has been
run via sudo:

Code:

  SBSUSER=`/usr/bin/logname`

  echo "" | sudo -S -u $SBSUSER sudo -S -k /sbin/shutdown -k now >/dev/null
2>&1 && OK=1 || OK=0;

That gives you sudo nested three deep. I'm still not completely sure
that will cause sudo to prompt for $SBSUSER's password if $SBSUSER has
already presented its credentials to run the script.

A safer, if more primitive direction for mac users perhaps should be
the instructions to run:

sudo -K
sudo shutdown -k now

..from the terminal. That ought to show conclusively if any password
prompts are being raised.

Yes. What I've settled on in the linux help pages is:

sudo -u squeezeboxserver sudo -k /sbin/shutdown -k -h now

2009-10-26 Thread gharris999

Innocence;477884 Wrote:
> As far as I understand the SBC (controller) is responsible for sending

Under 7.3.x, the SBC was capable of doing this. But this is another
feature that's been removed from 7.4.x and from 7.5. The SBC (and
presumably the Radio and the Touch) just don't have the ability to WOL a
previously connected server as the SBC did with 7.3.x.

The ONLY way you'll be able to WOL a server using the SBC and 7.4.x is
if you find a WOL applet that will do the job. Otherwise, this facility
appears to have been written out of the jive firmware.

There just isn't anything that SrvrPowerCtrl can do about this and it
makes no difference if you've pushed a player to MSB via SrvrPowerCtrl,
SCCLITool.exe, or whathaveyou. The SBC just can't do this anymore.

Your options are:

- File an enhancement bug request and hope that, some years in the
future after the dust from 7.4, 7.5 and 8.0 has settled, a jive
developer might add this feature back to the SqueezePlay code.
- Buy an iPod Touch and purchase iPeng from the iTunes app store for
$10. iPeng still performs this function perfectly, as far as I know.

This is yet another reason why I'll be sticking with 7.3.4 on my own
server for the foreseeable future.

After upgrading to 7.3.3 on the vista machine iPlayer now seems to
work.
Thanks.

Unfortunately the same thing did not work on the QNAP, where I still
have missing URL's for programmes which now work on the vista

Maybe I still have a decoder issue on the QNAP/SSOTS platform.

But the next part - editing the commands - is kinda a show stopper. I

I think your QNAP installation does not have the proper faad for AAC

I noticed this issue as well, but it existed before 7.4. I think I
have a fix for it if you would like to try it. I have added a line to
the beginning of the gotWeather sub to clear out the old long weather
text before parsing in the new text.

@WETdisplayItems2 = ();

You mentioned you were new to SDT so you may not have noticed this
problem at first or with 7.3 because if you make any setting changes at
all on the server setting page it would correctly refresh the long
weather text. Changes to the server settings calls the refreshSoon sub
which clears the old long weather text. Normal refreshes when the
refresh interval expires or called by holding the + key do not pass
through the refreshSoon sub.

Hope this helps,
Don

It seems like the "Default Filter Set" is active according to this, not
the "Zapped" filter set. But maybe you change this when you did this
last test ?

There can only be one filter set active at the time for a specific
player. Each filter set can contain one or several filter items.

>From your configuration it looks like the "Default Filter Set" is
active and that only contains a filter item that skips tracks in the
test.mp3 playlist. This means that tracks in the zapped playlist won't
be skipped.

Could this explain why it works as it does ?

The log in your latest post only shows the initialization and doesn't
show the situation when the actual skipping takes place.

You can ignore this, it's a bug.
I just realized I had corrected it in my development version some time
ago but I haven't released it yet.

I'll release a working 2.3.4 version soon.

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] SqueezePlay no sound if Sync is on (with duet)

2009-10-26 Thread gcurrie

Yes, it's a known problem. SqueezePlay isn't getting a lot of attention
currently (as a free app, why should the developers spend a lot of time
there?) but hopefully by the end of the year.

As much as I'd like them to fix it, I'd rather they get the existing
paid products working super reliably first.

So how DO people WOL their serve/NAS with 7.4? (I know this question is
in no way related to your work, but you seem to have great experience
with these devices :) )
