cs- can it prevent lyme disease? What about preventing tetanus?

1999-06-26 Thread Nancy Goldblatt
My primary Dr. wasn't willing to order the lyme vaccine for me.
He said there was controversy over whether its effective. Also, it's been 9
years since I had a tetanus shot and when I asked him for the booster he
told me to wait another year.

I am concerned about preparing for y2k and when I told him this he laughed.
I know I need to find another primary physician but
I suspect many other physicians will have similar responses since they are
"gatekeepers" to keep down costs for hmo's.

Anyway, my question is does anyone know if cs will prevent lyme disease?
Also, will it prevent tetanus?

They must get kickbacks. I was on Paxil (similar to Prozac) until I read
Dr. Peter Breggin's book, "Talking Back to Prozac." I asked the doctor to
please change me to one of the older, tried-and-true anti-depressants and he
refused. He said he wanted to raise my daily dose of Paxil instead. I fired
him and got off Paxil on my own. It's been two years and with the assistance
of better diet, herbs and supplements, I feel just fine. CS has helped in
many ways, though I've only been on it for a few months. I had previously
thought I'd be on anti-depressants for the rest of my life. They did help,
but I'm glad to be free of them.

CS>New Silver Maker

1999-06-26 Thread Pam Whitmire
Hi people,
I'm new to the CS world, very impressed, and full of questions. I don't
know how many questions I am supposed to ask per post, so please forgive
me if this is too much, and someone inform me of my faux pas, ok? I got
my generator from Allison's Apothecary who also gave me the info about
this list. I just made my first CS. I have Rosacea and that is the main
reason I got into all my research about CS and decided to go for it. My
questions are: Does anyone else heat the water to make CS? There was
info in my kit that if you heated the water you got higher PPM, so I
tried that. I left it going for 20 minutes but nothing happened except
that one of the rods got black stuff all in a circle on the bottom of
the glass. But no bubbling and misting like it was supposed to. When I
did it in barely heated water with 2 drops of saline it did just fine.
Which is my next question. Does anyone else use saline? I have seen
arguments for and against. All I know is when I used the saline it
immediately began to act like the instructions told me it would, whereas
without saline it didn't. I left it for about 12-15 minutes and it
turned a nice silvery color. My instructions said you could count on
approximately 1PPM for each minute you leave the generator on. Is this
the general opinion? I know I'm running on, but I'm like a kid with a
new toy. I'm so excited about all that I've read and all I've seen here
that I'm like a new convert trying to hook everyone I talk to! Any help
via this list or sent to me personally would be greatly appreciated. I
want to know and learn all I can. Thanks so much in advance for your
time and help,
Pam

CS>No Subject

1999-06-26 Thread Kato109
Hi Vilik,
thanks for your post -- and yes, I am very curious about the nature of these
fungus/bacteria/protozoa beasties which have chosen us to flourish in. What
is mycoplamal infection and how did you find out that you have it?

I actually realized that I had tried the soil based organisms for the
blastocystis/candida combo before - without much luck - but at that time the
candida was so strong that maybe it was just impenetrable. My candida levels
are now down fairly low so maybe it will be more effective.

I've tried a bunch of things for the blastocystis - none of them have worked
except maybe now the herbs that my chinese medicine doctor mixes for me are
beginning to work. However, I just read in a very good book called "Allergy
Relief and Prevention" by Jacqueline Krohn, MD that she has a regime that is
90 percent effective with protozoa (including blasto) It is very high doses
of Grapefruit Seed extract and Par Quing (which is Artemesia Annua and some
other herbs. If this regime doesn't work I will probably try that. My
holistic MD suggested that I try a zapper - or Beck's pulser - but I'm
waiting on that since the chinese medicine doctor swears that they are
dangerous -- and I don't want to try too many things at once.
This has all been so confusing and difficult -- every doctor or health care
practitioner has a different theory and most of them conflict.
At the moment though - my main fear is that this sinus infection will take
root and then they'll want to do antibiotics again which is how I wound up
with a weakened gut in the first place.
Arggh! So I hope the CS works!

What have you tried for the blastocystis?

1999-06-26 Thread Kato109
Thanks so so much to everyone who responded to my post. I've been slow in
getting back to you because this sinus infection has really flared up along
with a miserable headache which has been slowing me down.
So I made my first silver using the Beck's silver pulser. I used distilled
water and I ran it for 20 minutes. It came out a very pale goldish color with
a few black flecks floating in it - so I filtered it through a unbleached
paper towel. Now, Mashall, you suggested 5-12ppm for nasal or topical. How
would I know what PPm it is or does it not need to be that precise. James
Vernon, you suggested distilled water at room temp with the rods 12 inch
apart at 27 volts. I am not sure if the rods would be considered a half inch
apart, they are in a sort of y which is about an inch apart at the bottom.
Does that matter? I also forgot to stir it. Would that matter?

I put some in a pump nasal spray bottle. How often should I use it and how
much? I've been doing a couple of sprays in each nostril three or four times
a day.
And I took about two ounces orally in AM and PM as well. Is that too much -
or too little - and is it a good idea to do both orally and nasal?

I felt a little better after the first sprays, but now about the same - of
course it has only been 24 hrs.

So maybe I should take more - but are there any risks from taking more and
what would be the maximum dose to fight an infection? I read somewhere about
the risk of turning blue from the silver if the particles are too large -- is
there a way to know whether the particles would be too large if you are
making it yourself.

And how long does the silver keep? I imagine I will use it up pretty quickly,
but am curious about shelf life.

Anyhow, I really appreciate all the information - it has been very usefull.

And hi to Joey if you are on.

Don't know what constitutes a vaccine but I understand the 714X - a

the attempted remedy, allopathic or homeopathic, the 'secret' most

Your chances have to do with your beliefs, your spirit, and who and what
you are today. You have broken out the "sheep" medical system. You have an
exploring mind, and clearly a deep desire for wellness. You have a lot
going for you.

Statistics always lie. Don't believe them (unless they work for you!)
Believe in your own life force. Find the things that work for you. Laugh

John,
I am sending a web site on Lasix. I used to work in a hospital and saw
a lot of patients on Lasix and they did a lot of urinating. It was normal
for them. I was just a nurses aid though. Here is the link and a little
about Lasix.

Lasix is one of the most frequently used medicines and has been around for
many decades. Lasix stimulates kidneys to produce more urine, as a result it
reduces the amount of free water in the body. Along with increase in urine
volume, Lasix causes loss of Sodium and Potassium in the urine.

Yes the color was a very light gold, it looked clear except for those black
thing that had come of the electrodes, I did switch the current about every
10 minutes since I was having to do it manually. WHen I stopped the process
before at 4.5 ma it solution was totally clear and there was not much
treeing of the electorodes. WHen it gets to around the 5.5 or 6 ma level
that is when I notice some coloration in the water. I started giving it to
my father for infection in his toe. I could not give him much as it would
led to diarrhea. Then I make a batch and stopped it at 2.0 ma. He took this
for several days and the diarrhea stopped. He does not have diarrhea now but
yesterday I gave him his first doses of the 7.0ma solution, Gave him 2 ox. 3
times yesterday. He usually takes a little insulin at night, he checked his
blood sugar last night and it was not high enough for him to take any
insulin, He urinated more last night than he ever remembered urinating. On
occasions he takes Lassix for his edema in his legs from Heart problems. He
urinated much more than when he even takes lassix. He does not take but 20
mg. of lassix though when he takes it and usually only has to take it about
1 or 2 nights a month. The infection on his toe has gone into osteomalitis
and that was the reason for giving that dosage of silver. I am very curious

1999-06-26 Thread Sinaj101
Reid,

You are so right about the cancer coming back. My uncle years ago got
Hodgkins disease and was treated and in complete remission for 10 years and
then it came back only this time it had spread throughout his whole body and
he lasted about 2 months after they found it. He went in for tests in June
of 87 (i think) and they found nothing and then he went back the next month
and demanded they retest him (as he wasn't feeling good) and that was when
they found it everywhere. He was too far gone to do anything. I sure wish I
would have known about CS back then. Don't know if it would have saved him
but it sure would have been worth a try. To try and fail is better than to
not try and fail.

1999-06-26 Thread Mary
Dear Reid,

I trusted the drs and had chemotherapy and radiation.

What are my chances? After what I have found out about vaccines, I am scared
to even look into what chemo does to us!!

Mary

ps Any hope at all I am six years out from the toxic chemo.

Re: CS>The internet

1999-06-26 Thread Michael Anthony
Vilik,
I've been thinking lately about those who have channelled their
energies into arguing and fighting about snake oil, how they are likely
to miss the help that they need. When I hit a bottom so deep that I
became open to everything with an inquiring mind rather than an arguing
one, then I found the help I needed. This lends new meaning to the bible
verse which I have been wondering about for years:

BLESSED are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven

For the purpose of these comments I'll assume your wires are 1 1/2
to 2 inches apart, 3 to 4 inches deep, in something like a glass of
water, distilled, at room temperature.

You're probably in the "a few ppm" range, probably less than 5 and
maybe as little as 1 or 2... (just my wild-a**ed-guess!)

> I decided to let the voltage run up a bit since the post I saw
> showed no significance in particle size up to 12 ma.

Just to keep things straight, you decided to run the *current* up a
bit, right? The current, in milliamps, is what you should be
measuring. The voltage is what drives the current, and is measured in
volts. The voltage is not adjustable in your setup, assuming your
using batteries or a fixed supply and no lamp or other current
limiter in series with the cell.

Using those terms precisely is a good thing!

Now back to business...

If you are careful you can keep that stuff from getting into the
water for the most part.

Don't stir anything up, and let the dark fluffy stuff form on the
electrodes. Then, you can gently pull them out of the water without
it shaking loose. Wipe the electrodes clean on a paper napkin or a
lint-free cloth, stir your solution, then put the electrodes back in.

Do this every few minutes and you can keep *most* of the junk out.
What does get away from you will sink to the bottom, allowing you to
pour off the rest, or can be filtered out as you suggest.

Re: CS>questions

1999-06-26 Thread Ivan Anderson
Hi John.

If I remember correctly the post you refer to noted no size difference
with generating current up to 12mA. Points to note though, are that
the water was under constant stirring, the voltage was switched every
10 seconds, and the voltage was kept constant at 30V +/- 1V. What was
not mentioned was, electrode geometry, wetted depth, and distance
apart.
Each setup has its own optimum settings, which is always a compromise
between speed of generation and running a clean controlled reaction.
Agitation is of great benefit, spreading the silver ions throughout
the solution and eliminating the high concentration between the
electrodes.
In my small generators, the current is limited to 0.75mA. In my
25litre systems, current is limited to 8mA and the colour is a very
pale yellow, but I have run at 16mA with no problems, the colour being
slightly deeper. I filter the 25 litres at 0.2microns (um) under inert
gas pressure and have no loss of colour or concentration.
The trouble with generators that are not current limited is that you
cannot go past a point without experiencing what you talked about.
Constant or frequent stirring will raise that point somewhat.
BTW what colour did you end up with?
If the colour is a clear yellow or lighter, filter and use.

CS>urination

1999-06-26 Thread jfoster
Has anyone noticed that after taking colloidal silver that it increased the
urine output drastically, I posted the message about running the voltage up
to about 7 ma and giving my father about 6 oz. today he has urinated much
more abundantly. The reason for this amount was trying to get a handle on
things as he has come down with osteomalitis and has a Dr.s appointment
monday. I know if we cannot get a handle on it I.V. antibiotics will be
administered over a period of 6 weeks. Was just wondering about the
urination though
