Re: CSstomach ache from CS?

2006-01-01 Thread Tony Moody
Hi Sol,
Dunno for sure, and I don't have any conclusion here but let me chip in a bit.
As a generality and an observation I find CS is soothing, whether taken
internally or
sprayed / applied to skin. Even onto an open wound the sting is over very
quickly.
Thinks: what causes the sting? Maybe an electrolyte imbalance? CS plus weak
saline IS less irritating in eyes and nose.

I never noticed a bellyache from CS but have had mild constipation and mild
diarrhoea at various times.

Here is some logic which may apply :

* Pain is often caused by gas in the tissues.
* Gas can leave the body in three main ways; burping, breathing or blasting.
* If the tissues are too acid = low pH locally then there will be poor waste
transport.
(the other two major effects are poor energy release in the area and poor
oxygen
release from the blood. )

If you go along with this then the way I see it is that low pH can be caused by
stress
of almost any sort. Too much or not enough heat, sugar, vitamins, exercise, too
much stress chemical waste products, too much microbe waste products, not
enough enzymes etc etc.

So more info is needed.
Does he get a bellyache after drinking water?
Does gatorade or similar make the pain better or worse?

Cheers,
Tony

The man who introduced me to CS said about 15% of those who use CS for the
first time internally experience a stomach ache, which lasts about 10 minutes,
as a result of the sudden appearance of a positive charge in their stomach.
The only time I've felt irritation was when I took a couple tablespoons of my

Re: CSstomach ache from CS?

2006-01-01 Thread sol

Tony,
Ok I've got him doing some experiments this morning---the last CS he
drank was Thursday night. He had the stomachache all day yesterday even
though he drank no further CS since Thursday evening. I'd be inclined
to think this was something else, except: the stomaches started only
after he started drinking (sipping during an hour) the CS every late
evening on an empty stomach. OTOH, I find it impossible to believe that
4 oz of CS would give a person a stomach ache for over 2 days.
This morning's experiments---(slight stomach ache before starting
experiments)--

1) 4 oz filtered tap water on an empty stomach, no relief or worsening.
2) 4 oz gatorade (made with powdered gatorade) made with distilled
waterstomach ache started, lasted a few minutes, then went away,
then came back again after about 10 minutes more, then faded again.
3) 4 oz. CS/gatorade (made with garotade powder in 4 oz CS---my homemade
CS around 15 ppm), When he drank this one he still had a slight
stomachache from #2, which got neither worse nor better.

Each separate item was drunk all at once, followed by a 20 min gap
before the next item.

does this give you any ideas?
I sure don't have any.

There is a nutritional supplement, CMO, that has a reputation for helping
painful joints (excerpts from former posts, links may no longer work)-
http://www.health-pages.com/pain/cm.html

Cetyl Myristoleate, also known as CM or CMO, was discovered by Harry W. Diehl,
working alone in his home lab. Diehl took a fatty acid, myristoleic acid, and
combined it with a fatty alcohol molecule, cetyl alcohol, creating an ester of
that fatty acid called cetyl myristoleate. He discovered that it was the
presence of this compound in swiss albino mice that prevented them from
developing joint problems.1 Diehl's laboratory experiments on CM were published
in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences in March, 1994.

A 17-day course (some people may require a longer course) could provide relief
for years.

Everlasting is Collastin(TM)-based; that is, a blend of organic and
synthetic cetyl-myristoleate, and Everlasting Support is glucosamine
HCL and proprietary herbal blend. Get an electronic copy of At Last

Highly effective protocol for treating arthritis

I got the following from an email list whose archive can be found at
escribe.com/health/thesilverlist/index.html. This data came from a list's
subscriber who works at a research organization where natural approaches to
treating diseases are tested. Basically the protocol consists of CMO, MSM,
Glucosamine/Chrondroitin, digestive enzymes, hydrolized collagen, and SAMe.
Not all of the items are needed for everybody. Some were added to the
protocol to help those test subjects that didn't get desired improvement
from their basic protocol. Some of the subjects were in terrible state.
They have found evidence of cartilage regeneration. A side effect of the
protocol was a virtual elimination of digestive difficulties in all of the
subjects.
By the way, according to preliminary results of their other study, CMO
helps with Lupus.
--
I personally tried CMO from www.beyond-a-century.com and felt it was
beneficial but had some digestive problems with it. I just turned 60 and
dance a lot. Dance injuries I've had lately were resolved with a ceramic
far infrared heat lamp bulb I got on the internet, intended for heating
reptiles. It only requires a metal heat lamp with ceramic fixture I got at
a feed store for keeping chicks warm. The far infrared also cured a very
bad neck problem I was having with flashes of pain and numbness, after one
2-3 hour intensive heat soak.

CSstomach ache from cs

2006-01-01 Thread Betsy Coffey
Tonys explanation regarding stomach pain was very
good. In particular, I agree with the two explanations
about gas bubbles and acid conditions. I also have
experienced stomach pain and bladder pain from cs and
also from oxygen products. IN my particular situation,
I think that the acid explanation fits. I have read
countless theories on acid reflux being caused by low
acid in the stomach as opposed to the medical
community stating that it is from to much acid, thus
prescribing acid inhibitors. IN my case, using
digestive enzymes, bitters, or hydrachloric acid only
aggravates my condition. Using buffers like slippery
elm, or DGL tablets allelviate some of the discomfort.
It might be something to try for your husbands stomach
upset.

Sol,
I use the celery. Celery is full of natural sodium and it neutralizes acid.
Not to be confused with the unnatural sodium in table salt. I tried the
vinegar also and for me the celery works. Since I have been eating celery I
don't really have a problem. Even if he had some at lunch, give him the
celery and have him try it, and then if it doesn't work, nothing lost. If it
works it will help in a matter of a few minutes. It may not help if he takes

CSstomach ache from CS?

2006-01-01 Thread oldgl...@bigcountry.net

I had a brother-in-law who wouldn't willingly go to a doctor but finally his
pain caused him to go. Unsure of what was wrong, the doctor diagnosed
ulcers and gave him Tagamet, which helped immensely. Later the doctor
decided he didn't have ulcers and took the Tagamet away, despite my sister
pleading with him to let her husband have the medicine. Later, after many
spells, he was rushed to the Veteran's hospital in Big Spring, TX. He had
bleeding and intense pain. Unable to diagnose, they then rushed him to
Dallas, TX, where he had surgery for what they was sure was cancer. Turned
out it was a gigantic ulcer that had eaten away part of his stomach and
intestine. He made it through surgery but he was proud and stoic, which was
his downfall. By the time he was in pain, the pain medication wouldn't help
him. After 5 days or so, he died.

I don't care for any doctors but am willing to allow them to try to diagnose
for awhile.

Guess it is a matter of how much pain a person can stand?

I wish, he won't go to a doctor. He does have diagnosed reflux, from
many years ago. We have never been able to get it to go away.
Ulcers or a worsening of the reflux is a real possibility.

Are you doing more than the diet or are you on supplements to kill the
candida also? What are you trying to improve in your health?

Re: CSlupus?

2006-01-01 Thread Nancy DeLise
I do not know of a web site, but I can tell you of two friends who HAD
lupus. They both drank 16 - 20 oz. of 10 ppm CS with 8-10 drops of 3% H2o2
added. The H2o2 makes it a bit bitter, you she might add about 3-4 oz. of
Gatorade or non citrus juice. Take the CS along with her, and drink a
little bit all day long through out the day. ONE WORD OF CAUTION. Tell
your friend not to take the 16 oz. right from the beginning. She should
begin slowly say 2 oz. two times a day for two days, then 2 oz. three times
a day for two days, and continue this pattern until she is drinking a total
of 16 oz. throughout the day. By starting slowly like this, hopeful she
will avoid a Herxheimer. That is the only problem my two friends
encountered. Back when they did this, I was not aware of what a Herx could
be like, and they did suffer for a few days. I would say in 8-10 months
they will be pretty good, however, I would definitely stay with the CS after
she is better.
